I liked this book as a series of soundbites. I confess to skim reading the "Drink Less" section as I very rarely drink alcohol and it wasn't applicable to me.
But there were some great gems in the book. For example, the exercise section is excellent, and there is some good advice in the "Eat Better" section, too, though I do not hold with calorie counting - I'm more likely to follow the wisdom of Zoe Harcombe instead:
Has Bebo ever heard of a reference? Also who is this person? There is no introduction of the author, no references, just a bunch of quotes and facts - many without explanation.
Someone on here called it a collection of sound bites, that’s accurate. It reads like a compilation of TikToks. Perfect for zoomerbrains, but I have my doubts about some of the claims she makes.
