This book actually does list various valid sources. Great voice from the author too. My dislike comes from including some forms of income that while legal aren't very ethical. For example, passing off freelancers work as your own by basically reselling. I don't have a problem with people reselling products like water bottles that you stick your brand on or something. I do think it's not okay to resell someone's writing or design they created for your client as your own. If you had an entire design team you used for clients within a company you own, is a little different than getting an order from someone then finding a cheap freelancer on Fiverr to present to them at 5 times what you paid. It's legal, just not very a cool and hints at deceptive practice. Market yourself as a freelancer manager or something instead.

Otherwise, it was a good and accurate book.

Includes a few interesting tips, but otherwise void of substance and the short paragraphs make it very hard to read.

This book was so readable,so easy to follow, and so packed with little extras that alone would be worth the price of the book! Another thing that’s really cool about it is that you can see some of the lessons she discusses in action throughout the book. The book was so useful that I almost didn’t review it, because anyone who reads it will become qualified competition in the future competitive open market, especially on Amazon! Please note that Gundi promotes a style of marketing yourself by using your community, a “you scratch my back, I’ll scratch yours!” approach that I have seen make even the newest kid on the block a celebrity over night, when you focus on following these steps as they are laid out for you, growth and prosperity in turn are the results. One thing to keep in mind is that “nothing comes easy, and nothing in life is free”. In other words, there are no lessons in this book that don’t require some diligent work before those benefits come, and it also “takes money, to make money”!
In closing this review I just want to say that I hope everyone out there finds a lesson in this book that’s right for them, and I hope everyone who does, remembers and takes advantage of the online network that Gundi has been working to build, so that we can talk with each other, and network as well as socialize, because it’s a community (Facebook group) for those of us that read and follow her to work. So if your listening to what she’s teaching in this book, then you will see it’s exactly the perfect place to start. reaching out for shout outs, start asking for the opinions of your peers, check out the things they have to say, see the things they have a look at too, and when it’s asked for be sure to share your opinion with them about the work they are their to share with you too, be sure not to be rude or condescending because I’m sure there are some that are seasoned professionals and others that are first time newbies, but the idea is that we can all succeed with a little help from a friend! At least that is the way I understand what the Author is doing, and because I’ve seen it work in other areas of life having to do with event promotion and fundraising campaigns, I know for sure that when people are not afraid to participate then they are just as important to the group as a whole as anyone else is..... okay this is going beyond the scope of an average review I better let you get started on reading this book if you can believe that it is something that your looking for, and if you’ve spent this much time reading about the book you really should just read the book, because she can tell you a lot better than I can! Thanks for checking out this review too, if it’s helped you make your decision, go ahead a take a second to give the review a “thumbs up” or “like” just so I know I’m not waiting my time and people do find these things helpful, you could even share this review with a friend or social media and help other people get a chance to read and form their own opinion of these great pink books. They honestly get me so excited to read the next one because I feel like I actually learned some new things and that these books have so much to offer everyone who reads them, okay go check it out for yourself!!!! Cheers!
P.S. I hope I see you in the FB group after you’ve finished your read!

None of the 'blueprints' in the book would generate what I consider to be passive income. I found no discussion of investments that generate interest or dividends. Each of the 'blueprints' requires, at a minimum, some initial investment of time and effort to learn and establish a business. Each business, in my opinion, appears to be a form of self employment that would, if successful, generate earned income.

The 'blueprints' present some interesting ideas for generating income without being employed full time, and without the '9-5' routine associated with employment.

I found that this book was very helpful. Recently I have been researching, googling and YouTube watching to find out information on working from home online.
This book gave a brief description of several ideas on what can be done and how to get started.
This was very informative and honestly helpful. Thank you

This is the second book I have read by this author and it does not disappoint. It definitely lives up to its name in that it provides different things that people can do to earn passive income. I’d highly recommend to get pen and paper before you begin reading this book because it is full of a ton of valuable information. You’ll probably end up reading it a second or even a third time because of the wealth of information inside. I know I will! I didn’t even have pen and paper handy the first time I read it and I wish I would’ve.

A few of my favorites that the author listed in the book are: designing your own apps (and no you don’t have to be a coder or a wiz to know how to do this!) and selling merchandise online through your own website, Amazon, and Shopify. For each passive income job, she gives steps on what to do to achieve the goal and also provides useful links.
Designing an app can be outsourced. However, you will still need to do market research and ask yourself important questions such as:
1.What type of app do you want to have?
2.Who is your target customer?
3.What type of apps are currently trending?
4.Do you want to sell the app on iOS or Android?
5.Do you want the app to be free or a paid app?
There are many, many more questions that you’d want to ask yourself before you get started, but these are important ones that you can start with.

When it comes to selling merchandise online, you want to ask yourself similar questions such as those above. Selling on your own website, Amazon, and Shopify each has its own pros and cons and the book goes into detail on each one. While you may not have the market power of Amazon, the main pro to having your own website is that you have more control. There are different platforms you can accomplish this through such as Shopify, Squarespace, and Woocommerce. There are other platforms that can be used as well; these are the three that I come across on a regular basis. Selling merchandise will also require market research as well.
Before you actually sell a product, you’d have to ask yourself:
1.What type of product or products do you want to sell?
2.Who is your target customer?
3.Who is your competitor?
4.How much money is your target customer willing to spend on your product?
5.Which online platforms do you want to sell on? Note: Some people choose to do a combination of selling on their own website and selling on Amazon or Ebay.
Again, there are many, many more questions that need to be asked as well.
In addition to asking yourself the above questions, you’d also have to determine if there is a market for the product that you want to sell. Market research is definitely vital no matter what product you want to sell. Finding suppliers and deciding if you want to do dropshipping or wholesale are also important. The author goes into great detail on advertising via Facebook and Instagram and using search engine optimization. All in all, this was a great read that I give 5 out of 5 stars and I’d highly recommend this book to those who are looking to make a passive income.

This book started extremely well. Gundi gave us her credentials; why we should believe that she has the goods. No boasting. Probs there could have been a bit more boasting because she's obviously very good at what she does. And then it got better.

There were some disclaimers and fast-track info at the beginning and that was really great. Then we get into the monumental number of 23 blueprints as she calls them, I think of them more as strategies. They are fabulous, and cover all skill levels; some I found a little complicated for my old man brain, others were quite simple and I thought, “Why haven't I figured this out before?” But that’s why we need books like this, isn’t it?

In most cases acronyms and jargon words are described, often multiple times, but occasionally I needed to refer back in the book to find out to what they referred. In this kind of book, where it is often taken in bite-size bits, in my opinion, pretty much every acronym and jargon word needs to be explained in every blueprint/strategy.

There were at least a couple of times when I thought, “Well yeah. How do you do that?” One of them was ‘covers’ in the best seller strategy. I still don't know where/how to get great covers generated. Perhaps I’ll catch that on one of my next few reads. And there will be more reads.
Oh, and the plural of software is software, softwares is not a real word.

We’re told you must have a great title or a great hook or a great sentence etc, but we're sometimes not given real world examples. Lots more actual suggestions would be fabulous.

Most of the comments in the book are linked to further information in the form of courses, videos, books etc. That is amazingly fantastic. There are so many I will need to go back 4 or 5 times to get all the golden nuggets. It is SO FULL of good (no great) stuff, I can’t believe it.

I loved the writing style too. It was clever, educational, sassy even, and kept me barrelling on through the copy even when I had a little difficulty understanding the concepts, which wasn't often. It was just so easy to read; I felt like I was sitting in a nice cool bar with Gundi, just shooting the breeze.

These blueprints or strategies are mindbogglingly fabulous. I am going to be taking some of these pages, printing them, and sticking them on my wall. I just can't believe how exciting this book is. I've been forced to stop reading several times, to consider the ramifications of some of the strategies with what I am doing in my life right now.

I see so much potential in things that I am already doing, that can be expanded using the principles in this book. I am so pumped, I'm going to have to read it again.

Oh and if there is one word to take away from this book, it is "Research".

Just Do It! No excuses.

SassyZenGirl Shares More Wisdom

Passive Income is a must read for any entrepreneur, business owner, artist, or anybody who wants roadmaps to passive income in a variety of areas, from technology to real estate to hobbies. It is a good guide for anyone with goals of any kind. Not only does the author’s “sassy,” yet positive and upbeat style inspire and motivate, blueprints are provided that can be implemented without putting in too much time or money. Even if you find only one of these plans helpful, if you put it into practice, even just a little, you will have made an excellent investment in this book. I recommend reading it in sections according to your interest (a thorough table of contents is included). Think of it as a reference manual as opposed to a book to be read cover to cover.

A good quick readable read. The writing format is something I have come across for the first time and though it initially became disjointed, the pieces fell into place as the author outlined what needed pointing out. Admittedly, one has to have a more than basic understanding of e-commerce and its permutations to follow the threads of discussion as well as the author's train of thought. Credible and doable are the two descriptors I can use to roughly assess the 'blueprints'. From another perspective, the title got me as I had been on a careful search for passive income sources for some time. This book is an excellent reference to some of the eye-catching Pinterest posts on side hustles and part-time work. I am a retiree so this puts more meat to what I plan to do. Thanks Gundi.

Well researched + loads of free resources!

After reading Rich Dad Poor Dad, it became obvious that I needed additional income sources in order to achieve my goal of being financially free. This book is definitely going to help me get there.

The author has done the research for you. All you need to add is time and your own drive. Not only does she provide you with tips, tricks and resources (free videos, cheatsheets, etc) that she has picked up along the way but she also shares links to the resources she has learned from.
There is something for every skill level and, for those who are not internet savvy, a few offline blueprints as well.
I know I will be referring to this book time and time again. I can’t wait to get started actioning the 1st blueprint!

This is for anyone who would like to learn about passive income by learning it the right way. Step by step is by far the easiest to understand and learn. One thing I can't stand is a half explained situations or something I can't understand and have to figure out. This is not that kind of book. I learned so much from this and found ways to have this type of income I didn't realize you could. I consider it a must read. As far as I am concerned this is a type of income everyone needs and this will tells you everything you need to know in a way you can understand. I highly recommend it. I was given a review copy and voluntarily review it.

There a lots of "blueprints" out there for passive income, however in this book, the author gives concrete examples of what works and what doesn't. She breaks the blueprints up into categories, recognizing that some people claim to want true passive income, but in reality might prefer a more hands on approach. By reading through each "done-for-you" blueprint, the aspiring entrepreneur, or solo-preneur, or person looking for the laptop lifestyle, will be able to find what might work best for them. Personally I found several potential passive income ideas that I hadn't considered before. And the steps are easy to follow, so there is no excuse for not succeeding.

Something for Everyone

If you're serious about creating passive income and are committed to putting in the work, these 23 blueprints will be enormously helpful to you. For me, some were daunting, but others were realistic and achievable. I highly recommend this book if you are looking for great passive income ideas. This will get you started. Remember though, you have to do the work. (Warning: lots of associate links, but all valid and helpful and Gundi is up front about them.)

Excellent snapshots of passive income ideas

I’ve read the author’s book on eBook publishing and loved it. So I expected a lot from this one. And it delivered!
Gundri presents a range of ideas that presents them with humor, clarity and optimism.
These passive income ideas are not covered in great detail, and I expected that.
However, there is enough information to start the ball rolling, and to prompt further investigation.
So this books is just right - not too simple, and not too complicated.

Good Start Up Info

This book is a great start book. As with all the Sassy books, she focuses on going from knowing nothing to having an idea where to start, step by step instructions to get rolling, and then tops it off with exciting ideas on how to scale up and imagine what's possible.

There is a little bit of everything in this book. Ideas for different type of people. Some of them new and fabulous, some not so new. It gives you ideas and then you should do your own research.
A couple of things that I am knowledgeable about, were described in such a way that sounded extremely easy and I know for a fact, that they are not.

My brain is on fire!

Soooo many ideas. I looove this book. I am adding some of these to my goal planning and at some point execute. I learned so much, specially e-commerce. I had no idea what it mean or how it worked. It was the scary unknown and I am actually thinking this is something I can add to my income portfolio.

Too much ads in this book

1. Most info are freely available online.
2. Most methods mentioned in the book, just looks easy and attractive. But when you seriously go into it, it will become much more complex than you think.
3. Don’t quit your job just because you read this book, you will definitely regret.

Unprofessional

For an ebook the setup was wonky. Clearly has not engaged an editor. Writes in sloppy common vernacular which comes across as ditzy and unpolished rather than chummy and hip, which was probably the aim. Odd organization. Her message is essentially: either have a good idea and market it or (better yet) take someone else’s good idea and inexperience and make money by charging them to have someone else do the work.

It's not a conventional book, it's written as if it was a collection of blog posts and in a very informal tone.

As others have said, the author promotes her other books and many other courses and resources throughout the whole book.

In spite of the previous paragraph, I think there are many good ideas and I personally learned a lot of things, so I think the 5 stars are well earned.

Most, if not all, of the 23 blueprints are not passive income but require a lot of work at the beginning. Yes, maybe after you've worked on it for a while, you can make it more passive by hiring others to do it, but again, it's not passive income.

Also, she puts a lot of affiliate links all over her book.

It is very comprehensive though. But most tips are just skimming the surface.
