I fell in love with my sworn enemy...
Merrick
Admiral of the astronautical fleet, his job was plan the invasion. His duty was to forget his broken heart. None of that included getting captured. And it definitely didn't include falling in love with the alien who was planning to kill him.
Canthor
Leader of the resistance, bent on ushering in the final war. His job was to end the life of the Earth admiral with the famed blade Tyllrn. He was not supposed to find empathy. And he was never, ever supposed to touch the human. Never fall in love. Never begin to think that maybe—just maybe—a human could be his mate.

This is an intense romance with all sorts of challenging themes. Get ready for an emotional roller-coaster as you find two very different men learn how to forgive, forget, and ultimately love. Warning: Contains alpha/omega and mpreg themes.

I really wish some of these books were labeled better on Amazon.... Why are these not marked as a series? Drives me crazy to grab/read a book and realize it’s like book 3 or something...

Anywho, I took a pretty big chance on this one anyways. I really wanted something quick and sci-fi so I grabbed the first one that caught my attention, and even though this had no reviews on Amazon... I went for it.

To my surprise... it wasn’t awful. There were some obvious editing errors here and there, a wrong name being used in some instances, but it wasn’t awful if you’re someone that can over look them. The MCs were a little flat to me, this had a double dead ex trope but I didn’t really feel any of that emotion through the pages. Could be my cold heart though.?.?.?

In truth I’ve read a lot worse so my standard have never been high.

There wasn’t a whole lot of world building but ya know... I could have just missed that in the previous books..... sorry still salty over here...

Anyways... I know it doesn’t sound like it but I really did enjoy this read for the short, end of busy day story it was.

Earthmen love peace so much we will annihilate entire nations, millions of souls, whole races, in order to move towards that peace. And we are vengeful.
