I was hooked, when I read the first book, Hangdog. This one was worth waiting for! It continues the Faith filled, story, of family, faith, anguish, fear, and love. You feel as though you know this family, you feel their love for one another, their joy and their pain. I highly recommend this book, along with the first one. If you believe in God, this book, even though fiction, will remind you of His mercies, no matter how bad we mess up. Well done. Ok, ready for the next one!
I don't get to read as often as I'd like to and I'm SO GLAD I found this author. I love these books. The story is so captivating. The message is meaningful without being pushy and I feel like I know the characters personally, but more than that, the author's style is one that I can read over and over. The only books I've read in the last several months are hers because I just loved the first one that much, and when the next one comes out, I'll read it too. I hope she keeps writing, because I will keep reading.
