I enjoyed this book so much!!! Another Wattpad story written by a teenager where the writing is soo good!!
So we have Alpha Hudson and Alexis who is the daughter of an Alpha from another pack. Hudson is not excited about finding a mate at all because he thinks it will distract him from his work of being the best Alpha. He meets Alexis and although he knows she’s his mate he has all these expectations that Alexis needs to meet before he will claim her as his Luna.
So I’ll just say that starting off Hudson is a complete asshole. Like such a jerk to Alexis for no reason. And what I loved about Alexis is that she didn’t just take it. She’s like there’s no way I’m chasing this man. If he wants to come to me he can and if not he can kick rocks. Obviously she’s sad because she wants her mate to accept her but she’s not going to beg him. I loved Alexis!! She’s so refreshing to read after reading about all these doormat heroines. She’s so far from one and she doesn’t have BBS which I was thankful for. She’s super sweet yet feisty! Such a great FMC!!
Hudson does grow on you and he has great character development with the help of his lovely Luna. Also the fact that he was a virgin and had never even kissed anyone made it even better!!! The only manwhore in this book was the only one who didn’t find a mate. Even Hudson’s bffs were virgins as well!! I loved that so much!!! Speaking of his bffs the secondary characters were great. I really enjoyed the banter they all had.
There were some typos and the actual writing style wasn’t my norm but I really really enjoyed this book!! Also it was so funny in parts and the comments had me rolling!!!!

Cute! WATTPAD book for a very young author. And the writing was easy to read.
It was highly entertaining and super sweet.
‼️The H is a dick for the first bit 40% and I do wish we had grovel. We never really get it. At least he apologized. She was way to forgiving of him to fast always.
-He didn’t want a mate cause he thought it would mess up his pack. Distract him. And he wanted to make sure a Luna met up to his expectations. So he is an assss for a while.
But he was super sweet and swoony! I did fall in love with him. He learned his lessons and saw the error of his ways.
💯He knew that ultimately he was the one not worthy of his Luna ❤️
‼️h wasn’t a complete push over and had backbone but she did forgive very easily. To easily.
‼️Thera a interesting storyline w PNR aspects
‼️It was enjoyable
❤️And had lots of sweet swoon moments.
‼️ I wish the H worked harder to earn forgiveness but he did redeem himself for sure. So pretty good redemption arc.
❤️But the end I felt this couple complete devotion and desperate need and love for each other

I really liked the book. The story was something different to read.
- The h is a little bit annoying but anyway I'm just gonna ignore that.
- H was an Asshole for the first half of the book, but his character development went nice and he was the changed man by the end of the book.
- I actually loved their wolf's, especially H's. And also the argument over squirrels trying to steal his mate, that was something funny to read.
- No offence, but the the h was way too mature for the girl her age. Eighteen. No one is this mature at THAT age. I don't know, even if it's a fiction, it doesn't match up the story.

Ahhhh The Alpha's Expectations... Well, I'd say it was up to my expectations. The plot was really different than the other werewolf books I've read before. I really liked Alexis and the growth she underwent throughout the book with her heart and blood of gold.

Omgggg ok ok ok let's see hmmm. This is a typical werewolf book but it was so well written. Hudson was so fucking hot 🥵 and Alexis (the female MC) was also written pretty good in my opinion. This was over all a fun read. A good plot. That's pretty much it I guess.

The story was really good. The buildup of the world wasn't disappointing, I liked it for what it was. I loved Alexis' character. She was wholesome and resided a great personality. I must give the author a big hug for the humor. It was of perfect amount with perfect blend.

I loved this book so much! I laughed and I got pissed at Hudson more than a few times. I have read this book twice and I’m sure I’ll read it again
