Light and fairly quick read about a quick transmigrator's "promotion mission" going wrong when all his exes from old mission worlds start showing up--while he's meant to be keeping a low profile. There's some heavy topics (little black room, drugging, etc.) treated very lightly, which could be a turnoff for some. But it's not treated as lightly as some other novels (MC is not secretly wanting it the whole time and just playing at hating it, leaning hard into "no means yes" as some other danmei novels do), MC has realistic reactions... up to a point. I mean, the author put a major spoiler in the novel's blurb/description, so you can probably guess why some bad actions get glossed over by the end--accept the whole or not at all.
MC was a fun character. I didn't really care about the MLs much, it felt like we never saw enough of them, or the developing relationships, for them to be more than NPCs. At least until the final two, who we got to see several flashbacks/POVs from.
Rating: 3.5 stars, rounding down as I always do.

It was fine, it was just a bit lackluster. I didn't particularly like or care about any of the characters and the stories for each ex were told in mere snippets so you didn't get the full effect of the world but just a summary except for the last two guys whose stories at least got a few chapters.
Summary: ML completed 9 worlds and just needs to live a normal life for 20 years on a normal world to get a promotion when suddenly his 5 exes from the previous worlds keep popping up and making things difficult.

I thought it's going to be a funny story, but it's actually not. It's also not MC vs. multiple men romance. Overall, the story's rather plain and boring.
