Chu Mu Yun relied on his story of 《Demon Realm》 to become a one-hit wonder in JJWXC, but the him who had written seven mental cases to abuse seven mental cases to death would never have expected that he himself would transmigrate into this shitty novel! What the hell is this system on the bracelet? And what the hell is this either propose to seven men, or suffer the taste of a tragic death experience under the hands of these seven people? I just wanted to write a novel to satisfy my bad interests, who would actually want to get tangled up with a bunch of mad dog sadist crazies?
The English name is "Need to Propose to Seven Men What to Do!"
Love, love, love (oh, and have I told you how much I love this story?)
Think of this as smut with a plot and you won't go wrong. Very nice ntr tension throughout, and even though it's 1v1, it feels like the author does that because of censorship. The combining into 1 person is pretty half hearted. Lots of self-jealousy even at the end.
The explanation for what happened works, though I don't think it was the most mind blowing conclusion ever. It felt more like an excuse for the author to have everyone admit their mutual love and wrap up the book.
The extras are great, especially the hint and tie-in with the associated novel (I'm so intrigued, will it be as smutty?)
There is a bit of temporal play in this novel, so you have to pay a bit of attention to the timeline, but the author/translator does a good job of making sure the readers know the timeline. The number of ml's, their backstory, personalities, and vice are a bit like a memory game. I had to try pretty hard to remember everything (but towards the end I think I finally got it)
Overall, really enjoyable, smutty read with well developed characters and settings.
Definitivamente me prendeu.
Could be quite good but 1. Pedophilia (no, it doesn't matter that the MC is an adult in a child's body, it's still disgusting that a thousand-year-old immortal has sex with a fifteen-year-old AND all the jokes about child brides PLUS the protagonist (an adult) fantasizing about seducing fourteen year old children) 2. The protagonist follows clichéd and boring plots, pretending to be a naive and stupid young man. The plot of Pride is incredibly absurd and I don't have the patience to read the rest.
It's a shame because the concept is interesting and we finally have an openly gay protagonist instead of the typical homophobic TT^TT
This book took a little long time for me to complete... It has an interesting premise but the world-building / plot development got a bit too boring.
However, I eventually picked up the pace towards the last 1/3 of the book. It got more interesting and also confusing, as long as you don't nitpick the plot points and just read it for the smut, it'll be alright.
I won't say there is a lot of fluff as I feel that it is more smut. I do enjoy the book but I don't think I'll re-read it.
DNF - at 5%. I don’t really like anyone at this point. It may be early but 5% should be enough to give you a good feel for the MC.
I don’t like him or how sudden the story starts. I feel so disconnected and nothing feels genuine. I like to actually feel something for the characters I read about.
wild as the book went on, i got more and more lost, and less and less interested. Mc was super clever, the schemes were crazy, it just feels like he kinda lost that at the end?
