The concept is nice: Fill your mind with that’s good

There are four steps to do so, awesome.

Why do we need 245 pages?
The whole book could be a chapter or two.
I found is too repetitive.

I recommend you read the first few chapters for the main idea and then the last one for practical tips. Everything in between is a filler.
