It's ok, but writing could be stronger and what really ruined it for me, it's the fact the author narrated it by herself, which we all know is rarely a good choice. Her voice is pleasant and feminine enough, but interpretation is mechanic almost like computer generated speech. It's probably better in paper form.

A bad boy romance from the wrong side of the tracks
This is the last of the Club Privé series of sagas. I don’t know why they are split into volumes, it’s really not necessary so get this book set instead of each individual book. Far easier.
I have loved all the Club Privé stories and as each one has continued the storylines of the four best friends through - you get to find out what happens to each couple as the series progresses. However, this story has something about it that makes it just that little more special.
All the other alpha males in the other sagas are wealthy professionals. There’s plenty of shady goings on and moments of “will-they-won’t-they” to keep up the intrigue - but Dax Prevot is different. He’s certainly not wealthy and lives in a run down neighbourhood of New York. Working two jobs to support his sick mom, he has enough goodness about him to enable you to like him, but there’s that bad boy side that keeps you wondering what foot he’s going to put wrong.
When beautiful, young and innocent Bryne walks into the shop on a snowy New York evening, there’s an instant attraction between her and Dax. After all they are both gorgeous and the way Dax looks at her is nothing short of sinful. But he’s a one night stand man. Not looking for commitment or relationships… or is he?
Bryne and Dax meet up and the spark is stronger than ever, but this bad boy could ruin her. When she finds out that her estranged uncle, Gavin Manning owns the club Dax runs security for it throws a whole new problem into the mix.
Unsure of anything but her wanting of the gorgeous Dax they head to a hotel and they have mind blowing sex… but what Dax doesn’t know, is that he is her first. When he leaves without so much as a ‘see you around’, Bryne is stunned but it’s his treatment of her over the next few days that upsets her. He needs the job but he isn’t into doing anything illegal to get it. But when they threaten to hurt Bryne to force his hand, he panics. If he doesn’t push her away, he can’t keep her safe… but can he do it?
Getting himself into some serious doo-doo, Dax is keeping too many secrets and effectively placing himself and those he loves in more danger. He’s trying to protect them, but he’s already shown his heart and they exploit it. Will they live to find their future together? Or is Dax in too deep with the wrong people?
I adore Dax… yes, he’s moody, broody and dangerous but when he’s with Bryne, he’s sweet, loving, protective and caring… especially towards the end when they finally accept their deep feelings for each other. The way he loves Bryne is so complicated- he wants her, needs her, craves her but he constantly questions why she would want him. Because she bloomin’ loves you, ya big doofus!
Their relationship is so mesmerising and he teaches her about pleasure and intimacy, particularly when he learns that he’s the only man to have ever seen that side of her. It ignites an incredible passion and when he admits to himself that he can’t bare the thought of another man touching her… ever… he realises that she is the only one for him. But will their love survive?
Fantastic finish to an amazing group of series. Each book (and I call it a book, because each box set could easily be one story instead of smaller volumes) builds the story and blends these peoples lives together. I became fully immersed into their lives and felt like I knew these people. I can see Club Privé, Carrie and Gavins loft, the law firms… everything and that’s what turns a good writer into a great writer… when you become part of that world with them. Oh, and read some of her other series and you might just see Club Privé and some of these characters pop up in those too.

Secrets and lies are never a good thing.
Volume 1
This is the story of Dax & Bryne. Dax is a mechanic and works at Club Prive also. Bryne just came to New York to be on her own and start a new life being an actress. They meet when her car breaks down in a snow storm. He gets her car started and tells her to meet him for lunch the next day. They get together and then things so sour. It ends up she is Gavin’s niece, the owner of Club Prive. In the meantime, she gets a part in a play, with the lead actor named Todd. Gavin’s wife, Carrie, fires him, but her reasons are justified. They still get together again at a hotel, and she is greeted by a woman who thinks she owns Dax.
Volume 2
Dax is trying to keep it together so he doesn’t get implicated in what’s going on at the garage with the gang that he does not belong to. Bryne has conceded to just having an affair with him. Dax has to keep Bryne safe, because he has now been told he has to do something that is against what he believes or someone he cares about will get hurt. He cuts himself off from all communication from his mom and Bryne while this is going down. Now, everyone is worried about him because he can’t be reached.
Volume 3 – Enticed
Something went wrong and Dax convinced his boss to not make a split decision. Dax needed to find a way out of all of this. Bryne even got him his job back at Club Prive as a security guard. But he couldn’t find a way out. The two of them met up again, but it was time to go with the plan against his will. He was waiting for the guys by the garage, and oddly enough it was locked. His boss’ cousin came and this is where a cliffhanger appears.
Volume 4
He got shot. He managed to get away and go to Bryne. He just wasn’t going to tell her how it happened and the mess he was in. He needed to protect her. Well, after this on and off again and again, she broke it off with him. Dax’s mom was really mad that Dax wouldn’t tell her anything. Finally, he came to his senses, and went to Bryne and told her everything. They admitted their love for each other. And then, he gets a call. Another cliffhanger.
Volume 5
Bryne’s mother was kidnapped. To protect her and Bryne, he leaves and goes to make a trade of himself from Bryne’s mother. When Bryne finds out, she leaves to go rescue them both. She didn’t want to leave all of it to her uncle and his friends who are the DA and defense lawyer, and the cops they work with. She overheard a conversation, so she knew the address where her mom was being held. There’s lots of action at this point in the warehouse where they were being held. It all turns out good in the end. There is a happy ending for Dax and Byrne. The steamy scenes in this series is off the charts. Looking forward to more of M.S. Parker’s books.

I love to read stories that include BDSM. That is why many of MS Parker's stories have really spoken to me. I don't really do any of that in real life but man I sure love to read it. And Bryne and Dax's story was filled with erotica. The two of them had a very interesting relationship. At the start they said that they had none yet both of them felt something. It was why when Bryne walks in to see him the second time, he protects her and plays it cool.
That is how things would go for them. They would get hot and heavy and he walked out repeatedly to protect her but then like a drug he couldn't give Bryne up. And she couldn't give him up.
Bryne came to NYC to get a job on Broadway and meet her uncle. Instead she winds up at Club Prive where she meets Dax who is working security. Walking in to Club Prive will change her life and lifestyle.
I don't want to give any thing away. MS Parker is an amazing writer. She really develops her characters and her story all while peppering it with a healthy dose of erotica.
I highly recommend reading this book. It is a MUST READ.

Dax is your basic bad boy. He has a nice body, lots of tattoos and a definite male dominant personality. He walks with a confident swagger, acts like a tough guy and talks like he doesn’t care about anything. When Byrne wonders into the shop and says she needs help with her car, he sees an opportunity to express all those domineering traits. He gets her car started and makes his interest clear.
Things don’t go exactly as either one of them expects though. The world isn’t quite as well directed as they thought it was.

Tedious
I have to say I didn't find this collection up to the standard of previous Club Prive books I found the whole thing a bit boring. There was too much emphasis on the sexual side and not enough on the storyline or the characters. Bryne turns up from nowhere claiming to be Gavin's neice from an unknown daughter his father had from an affair. She comes to New York seeking fame as a Broadway actress meets a guy on her first night there Dax works at the club coincidence and brings nothing but trouble with him but they can't help jumping into bed with each other and basically that's the story. Just not the best by far.

Dax was the typical alpha male. He never had a shortage of women to have sex with, but no one had ever made him want more, until now. Bryne walks into his life and everything changes. Can they fight their feelings for each other, or will their hearts collide and become one? Can Dax change his ways and finally find the love that he needs. Can Bryne trust him enough after his lies to move forward, and give her heart to him, or is it too late, because he already has it? I love reading books by this author. I can't wait to start the next one!

Precious
It is true virginity is still precious to most men. To be the only one gives them a sense of pride and ownership although they can have multiple encounters. The background plots are interesting but the drug/thievery plot is not well developed. Todd was good example of true friend.overall good read.

Good but not as intense
This was the last series in the series. Lol This book has all the right pieces just found it less intense compared to Carrie, Krissy, Dena and Leslie's stories. All the characters from previous books returned...Always makes me happy. Would still suggest as a good read.

Exciting
I loved this book, just like the ones that preceded it. I did wonder though, if a couple of extra zeros were inadvertently been added to the kilos of cocaine? 500 Kilos of cocaine add up to over 11 thousand pounds. That would not have been easy to transport!

I Screamed. I Laughed. I Cried.
Probably the most well-written book M.S. Parker has ever put out. I didn't see dozens of grammatical errors for once, and the characters and story were the best I've seen from this author yet and I've read A LOT of her books! 10/10 I highly recommend!

It's been a while since I've read a M.S. Parker series. So good to be back!
Another superb story line!
Nice to have a younger generation involved.
This series is a about a wealthy teen and a young man who works at a garage during the day and at Club Price in the evening.
It's not at all what I expected! But that's why it's so important for the series.

I love it
Super Hot Alpha Male, Dax it’s a perfect example. Bryne is innocent, but with spark and sass. They are the perfect young couple for Club Privé. They are adventurous, passionate and sexually confident. It’s definitely a HOT story... Another good one...

This is specifically regarding the audio version of this book. I reached chapter 10 before the narrator's lack of skill put me to sleep. I'll pass on anything narrated by M S Parker and hope she sticks to just *writing* the books in the future.

Good Read
If you like steamy scenes twists and turns and a slight mystery, then Collide is for you. I thoroughly enjoyed Bryne's story. Plus I liked keeping up with characters from Club Prive's previous books.
If you like steamy scenes twists and turns and a slight mystery, then Collide is for you. I thoroughly enjoyed Bryne's story. Plus I liked keeping up with characters from Club Prive's previous books.

Sexy romance
Loved the characters and the story. Invested in character progression and their happily ever after. Every one is likeable and the plot is interesting enough to stay invested in the story. To want to finish the series and have enjoyed the whole experience.

This author is amazing!
I can't say anything else but that she is one of a kind! I especially love the format for her books but it's the quality of her work that keeps me coming back!

Vol 1
Byrne wants to be an actress and decides to move to NYC and to also find her Uncle. When her car breaks down she meets Dax and his friends and the sexual tension is there. Dax asks she meet him at his work which happens to be Club Prive, her Uncle's club and does and of course they can't resist each other. Both not wanting a relationship they hook up and Dax was an ass afterwards and just leaves. Not knowing anyone Bryne thought she had a friend in Dax but how he treated her and the things he said I couldn't stand Dax at all. Bryne goes on an audition and meets Todd and they get the part and go out to celebrate and leaving the Club she sees Dax. Dax is of course cold to her but they can't deny they want each other. But what happens at the end has Bryne questioning if she could trust Dax? Loved reading more of Carrie & Gavin and can't wait to see what happens next
Vol 2
Dax can't stop thinking about Bryne, he's never felt this way about anyone woman before but Dax is in serious trouble. Bryne can't stop thinking about Dax and when a woman claiming that Dax is her's she don't know what to believe. Not wanting a relationship both Dax & Byrne can't get each other out of their heads. Dax is hiding something from Bryne that could put her in harms way. Can't wait to see what happens next.
Vol 3
Bryne is panicked when she gets a call from Carrie asking if she seen Dax, because he's mom hasn't seen or heard from him. Bryne is worried about Dax but is pissed because he keeps leaving. Dax doesn't know what to do accept he needs to get out of the situation he is in but it's hard when Bryne is threaten. They are not sure what they are too each other but both can't stay away. When Dax leaves for the job something seems off. Can Dax break free or will he drag Bryne into his dangerous situation? Can't wait to read what happened next

When Dax comes to Byrne all cover in blood she doesn't know what to think, only to help him. Dax can't tell Byrne anything and that puts a strain on their relationship. Finally had enough, Byrne leaves Dax and it's then Dax finally realizes he cares more then he let on. Can Dax fix what he broke with a Byrne? Can't wait to see what happens next with Byrne & Dax

When Booker took Bryne's mom, Dax knows that Byrne could never forgive him but Byrne surprises him by sticking by his side and together come up with a solution to get Bryne's mom back. But Dax can't let Byrne go so he leaves but could be a huge mistake, and Byrne must get to him before it's too late for him and her mom. Both their lives in danger to safe each other, can they both come out of this alive? Good story, great ending.
