But they do not have to define you and your company. You can create a service powerhouse in your company that your competitors will never copy, they are too lazy and slothful. The book contains some helpful information but at least the first half of the book was not edited. While the importance of paying attention to every small detail is being emphasized, words or chunks of sentences are missing or run together and punctuation, grammatical and spelling errors abound.
