This is a book from my old professor. Surprising that he does not footnote, but he does give credit just in a different way. Harry is interesting himself and always looks for those interesting facts like the Indians gave the Europeans syphilis. This is an overview of Colonial America so he does not dive deeply. Well written and believe me factual.
