The Artificial Intelligence in a Nutshell: A brief introduction to Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Neural Networks, Deep Learning, and Robots
Martin Spano — bestselling artificial intelligence author, computer scientist, and futurist — uses captivating historical stories to explain in simple terms the principles of this fascinating subject.
In 2012, two postgraduate students from the University of Toronto entered the major image recognition competition. Inspired by their university supervisor, they came up with the exotic idea of using a multilayered artificial neural network called deep neural network and devastated all competitors. These events gave birth to a new, unprecedented boom in artificial intelligence. Seven years later and artificial intelligence is omnipresent in our everyday life without us even noticing.

3 hviezdicky a je to uplne v poriadku na takuto knihu, ako vravia - I like it.
Kazda kapitola zacina kratkym pribehom dotykajucim sa temy, ktoru autor dalej v kapitole rozpise. Ozivuje to text a kniha posobi menej fadne.
I expected much more than a few words will be devoted to machine learning, deep learning and neural networks. It was meant to be high level, but I think it was a little too high level...
Easy to read and to understand for someone, who doesn't have a clue about AI. Very well written stories and examples, which explain certain phenomena. Very inspirative. Highly recommendable.
