One of the most insightful books I’ve ever read on Real Estate. Written in 2019, the author delivers an “ahead of time” message that in this post-pandemic world makes much more sense. This book takes the reader through the evolution Real Estate has gone through the years since its beginnings and helps understand the why’s and intentions of the original developers to what we have today with Proptech and increasing Technology.
