John Stone Number 6 in the series, and my sixth book read by the Manning Brothers
After six books in the series, we can mention to fans of these book we know John Stone is a bit of a super- hero, as as previous books, he is involved in so many fights, battles, shot, punched, burnt, houses falling down on him, in previous books, here again we have again, action packed thriller which he hunt continues as danger strikes too close to home!
Now John Stone must pursue his quarry onto the enemy's home turf, with a team of great characters, Curtis, Travis and the great Millie, and now a new personality from the past.
As the battle threatens to claim another in John's inner circle, he is driven to lead the fight, chasing another power player in The Order's web of power and influence.
But to do that, he and his team must step into dangerous territory. John has entered the hunting grounds on a mission for revenge.

John Stone is a hard core Soldiers Soldier. A great friend and a bad enemy. The action continues on every page and you can’t wait for what he is going to do next. If you like action this book is for you!!

As always another enjoyable respite with this crew!
I have yet to be disappointed in a book out of this series. They are hard to put down, and oh my gosh, who could possibly be bored for a skinny second reading these fast paced action packed thrillers? In the entire series there is more than just action the family dynamic is explored between team members and loved ones, there are some very tender moments as well as others dealing with loss that are well written. Throughly enjoyable!

A great book for a plane ride or vacation trip. I am a huge Manning Brothers fan. And who doesn’t love John Stone. I’ve read all 6 books. This one is virtually non-stop action. So for a quick read go for it. But if you want character development and twisting plot turns, not gonna happen. This is more of a beer and pretzels than a steak dinner. Sometimes a snack is all you need...

So much action in this book The Manning brothers have done it again written an absolutely terrific book and the John Stone character is one of my favorites. I highly recommend this book for everyone who loves action and suspense.

A AM. & BM. military operations (one man) action adventure titled "Danger Close" which begins with JS being available to protect another special operations operator from the same sect they had been engaged with from the beginning. Then he discovers where the next contact in then chain of command is located. He attaxks the location and misses the target by minutes. Then the chase is on. This is an excellent read for the genre.....DEHS

Non stop action!!
I recently started this series and I have been enjoying these books immensely. It's clean, well written, exciting and entertaining. What I like about these books is the lack of colorful language. Yet non stop action!

John Stone is BACK!!!
Loved this story! Missed having Parker intertwined with his whitty comments & John calling him for a techno magic miracle!!! But this time its Parker who John has avenge after being targeted by Omega.

I Just Love the John Stone series ! If you like lots of action, and the good guys knocking the daylights out of the bad guys, you will enjoy it too😄
