این اثر نسبت به گردآوریِ «نانوشتن» از «باربد گلشیری» یک امتیاز مهم دارد و آنهم نقد و تفسیراتش است. البته کلیت گردآوری نیز تفاوتهایی با هم دارند. مثلا هدف اصلی این گردآوری، پرداختن به نمایشنامههایی از قبیل لالبازیها یا نمایشهای بیبازیگر بود.
