I don’t know what it is about you and your love for Silver Foxes, but DAMN Gavin has been my favorite so far. This book is a little bit different then the other books. Maybe it’s because Gavin stole my heart? Maybe its because he is an older man rediscovering life? Who the hell knows but still…guuurl you write some nasty stuff and this is why I love you!!
This book is a quick and dirty novella about those May-December romances that everyone thinks wont last and yet Gavin and Lydia have so much chemistry. They both aren’t looking for love or commitment so to literally crash into each other at the time they did, proves love knows best.
Gavin is a man who is happy to drink a beer on the patio with his dog. Lydia is a wild child who will be jet setting with her band when they meet. The chemistry and changes the both undergo in the novella are delicious reads.
I loved this one and am so excited for the next installment of the dirty neighbor’s series.

This is the second book in the Quick and DIrty Series that I have read. It is the third total book. These are great when you need an escape for a wile. I loved Gavin and Lydia. Gavin is one sexy silver fox but he never expects the house sitter, who happens to be their niece, at his neighbors house to catch him spying on her. This turns into an adventure and a May to December romance. But, can they survive when Lydia has to leave to go to Europe. You have to read and find out. I loved this instalove novella and can not wait to see what Kate Roth gives us next.

OMG!!! These short stories are amazing and I love them. It is so nice to sit down when you just a little time and read these hot and steamy stories.
Gavin is chilling in back yard when he hears music and someone singing. Not used to the neighbors being loud and hearing that voice he had to investigate. Tring to see over the top of the fence couldn’t quite see what he wanted to when a beauty popped up over the fence.
Lydia was watching her aunt and uncles house while they were away. When she finds herself in a bind only one she can thing to call on is the HOT silver fox next door. Oh man does those sparks fly when this Wild girl hooks up with the hot old man.
This series is quick, dirty, insta-love and so much fun to read. So ready for the next one in this series.

Kate Roth gives it to you hard, fast, and just right (totally more than just the tip!) in her third standalone novella in the Quick & Dirty series. What you see is what you get with this book... predictable with enough steam to start a sauna!
Packed with heart, heat, naughty fun, and steam... Wild was quite the wildly addicting ride with one irresistible silver fox and the temptation currently staying next door. You'll need a fan, water spritzer, and a fresh pair of panties by the time Gavin and Lydia are done with you.
If you like naughty, short, sweet, and all kinds of dirty then THIS is a must read.

This has been my favorite of this little series. Gavin is a gorgeous silver fox who enjoys his peace but after hearing a beautiful songstress tucked away next door he can't help but to investigate. In comes Lydia a young wild singer who is house sitting for family and got an unexpected surprise when Gavin comes to snoop on his visitor. After a whirl wind weekend the time comes to leave it behind and go on tour but Lydia is too far gone. After surprising her out on tour they keep their promise to each other to stay wild. This was sweet and swoony. I adored Gavin and Lydia plus we got a happy ending! I give it 5 stars for a quick and wild read.

This novella is so much more than short and sweet! It’s steamy and fantastic! One of my favorite tropes is a May-December relationship and this read hit all of the high notes. Gavin is a super sexy silver fox. One chill evening at home turns into a little wild adventure when he gets caught spying on his neighbor’s niece, Lydia. Gavin and Lydia have major chemistry. Will they be able to hold onto their spark when Lydia goes to Europe? You’ll have to read this hot novella to find out. Loved it! 5 stars

Gavin was curious when he heard the voice of an angel coming from his neighbors home he had to see who it was coming from. Now he is no spring chicken but in fact a silver fox older but he wasn’t gonna let that stop him. When Lydia offered to house sit for her aunt and uncle while they were on a cruise little did she know that her aunt was right and the silver fox next door was smoking hot and she wanted a piece of him. Will the sparks fly and make the grumpy ass next door act younger then he feels. You never know what one look over the fence will do for you.

Now, I will say that New so far has been, IMO, the best. Wild was just an ok quick lunch time read, that really doesn't give us much other than the obvious, quick and dirty naughty bits. I give this 3.5 stars.

Hot, steamy quick read. This is the third in the series but my second to have read. I enjoyed this story about Lydia and Gavin, a much older man. Gavin was a lonely man brought to life by the vivacious Lydia. She had a real taste for fun living. The two were an interesting couple as the story moved quickly along. I liked the pace of the story and did not feel anything got lost.

Another quick steamy read I have to say Gavin the Silver Fox was my favorite!!! Him and Lydia together are adorable with lots of hot, hot moments. I was really surprised she was trying to keep it at quick thing and he wanted more ... I will say it didn't take her long to change her mind. These book are fun, quick reads!

Wild was a quick read, a romance that has its share of steamy bits. This is the third book in there series, this time its as silver fox neighbor who comes to the rescue of a young visiting wild child next door. The rescue soon becomes more.
