This seemed like it may be written in India. Some of the phrasing and words used were a little awkward for an American reading it. The spice palate was also Indian. I will try some of the recipes as they sound good but I was disappointed that there were little to no recipes with grains as the main feature. There were not many vegetarian main dishes either.

Didn’t appeal to me.

Recipes did not grab my attention and I was hoping to figure out how better to adapt recipes for use in the mini pot. Intro was sometimes a little hard to understand. Ingredient lines were wrapped, most likely due to adapting the book to an ebook.
