Noah
I need the money. Now. It's not my fault that the bed and breakfast my grandpa left me is a big fat failure. My only hope is to sell the place and cash in on what little it has to offer. The only problem? I have to convince her, my Grandpa Jay's pseudo-grandchild, that it's a good idea too. And she's even more stubborn than I am.

Beau
Nope. There ain't no way I'm gonna uproot my two-year-old daughter by sellin' the only home she's ever known for an entitled city boy unwillin' to give his granddaddy's bed and breakfast a chance of thrivin'. Jay, why did you have to partner me up with him? He's even more stubborn than I am!

Kelsie is a sucker for a love story with all the feels. When she's not chasing words for her next book, you will probably find her reading or, more likely, hanging out with her husband and playing with her three kiddos who love to drive her crazy.

She adores photography, baking, her yorkie, Bob, and her devon rex, Mara. And now that she's actively pursuing her writing dreams, she's set her sights on someday finding the self-discipline to not binge-watch an entire series on Netflix in one sitting.

Cute Love

This one was very cute! And I probably would have enjoyed it more if it had been longer. BUT, I do recommend you give it a chance. Sweet romance story!

If you open your heart, love can be everything you never knew you needed.

Fifty-Fifty is a feel-good, enemies-to-lovers romance set in a small Georgia town. There's a lot of conflict right from the beginning. Noah and Beau are thrown together in a situation where winning for one means total loss for the other. Between the two of them there's bad luck in the past, immediate and unwilling attraction that grows by the day, an adorable little girl, and a legendary cafe that may or may not have mystical powers. Add in hard work and a lot of steam and you have the perfect recipe for sexy, sweet romance!

And this author has done it again with another awesome book. I could have read this in one sitting but I had to put it down and do school pick up and didn't get to finish it until this morning. This is the first book I have read in this new series. Fifty Fifty is an Enemies to Lovers story and is Noah and Beau's story.

Noah is a tattoo artist who finds out unexpectedly that he is a partner with a mysterious Beau for a B+B. He was left this partnership from his late grandfather Jay. He didn't know he had a grandfather until the day he got a call that he was in his will because his grandfather passed away. When something comes up and Noah needs to make an unexpected trip to Love GA about this partnership and B+B, Noah is met with a surprise he did not expect. The happy ending at the end was phenomenal. Of course Harry and Betty put something in the coffee at Lover's landing coffee shop.

I have to say I didn’t like Noah at the beginning and while I started to warm up to him I could just feel something bad coming soon and it had to do with him.

I received an advance copy of this book. I am voluntarily giving my honest review, and I plan to buy this book when it becomes available.

I thought was super cute novella! I loved the characters and all. Mac is adorable and kinda stole the show for me with all her cuteness. I mean she can probably steal and get anyone she wants wrapped qround her fingers. Beau and Noah.... sigh oh these two. Im so glad they found their happy ending. Im so happy Beau decided to stop being stubborn to her feelings. Gah i might just have to try to catch the other few books in this little town series.

Loved this sweet, small-town romance! I would read anything Kelsie writes, and just like all the others, this story is just as good. I'm excited to read more of the Lover's Landing series by the other compilation authors too.

You’ve probably heard the phrase, there must be something in the water. Well, in Love, Georgia the townsfolk claim there is something in the coffee at Lover’s Landing Diner. Fifty-Fifty by Kelsie Rae is a Southern, small-town romance. It is entertaining, well written, and a delightfully easy read. The novella cuts to the chase in terms of plot but there is no shortage of character and story development; proving her skills as a storyteller, Ms. Rae’s tale feels like a full novel.

From the start to the finish, the characters and story are engaging. An inheritance from the long-lost grandfather and a mistaken identity create an acrimonious start for Beau and Noah. City-slicker, Noah, is an inked-up tattoo artist who sees his inheritance from his grandfather as a solution to his cash flow problem, but he doesn’t know about all the baggage in bed and breakfast/inn! While Beau is pretty as a picture, she is no wiltin,g hothouse flower. This single mom is running a business (into the ground according to Noah) and taking care of her daughter who is a scene stealer! Mac, the charming cherub steals Noah’s heart from the start.

The enemies-to-lovers is a well used base, but Ms. Rae has added her own special charms to the premise. There is no vile antagonist and the angst is minimal in Fifty-Fifty; it is a small-town romance that is sweet as a Georgia peach pie!

Fifty-fifty is part of a multi-author series centering around a coffee shop and romance in Love, GA.

Kelsie Rae has quickly become a one-click author for me. Her stories are charming, sweet and romantic and I have devoured every single one of them. In Fifty-Fifty, a Lover’s Landing Novella, we get the story of Noah and Beau and it was both sweet and angsty and will pull you right in.

Noah has dreamt of owning his own tattoo shop for as long as he can remember and finally, it seems like it could be reality. It seems like things are finally falling into place for him. He just inherited a B&B from a grandfather he never knew. The only catch, he has to share the inheritance and decisions with Beau. When he realizes it may not still be enough, he heads out to convince Beau to sell and split the profits.

Imagine his surprise when he meet Beau and SHE is beautiful and feisty and nothing of what he expected. And she definitely has no intention of selling the only place that has ever felt like home to her and she has more than just herself to think about. Noah was a good guy, but determined to get what he wanted. He just never saw Beau and her adorable daughter coming. Beau has been through so much and even so, she was sweet and caring. Could they come to an understanding before putting their hearts in danger of being broken?

The A Lover’s Landing Novella series are standalone books about different characters in one town. I absolutely loved reading Fifty-Fifty by Kelsie Rae and look forward to reading all the other novellas as well. Fifty-Fifty by Kelsie Rae was sweet, charming a bit angsty and a great read and one I highly recommend.

I love a good small town feel with lots of feels!! I’m quickly becoming obsessed about this author and can’t get enough!! She blows my mind every time and I am so excited that she is apart of this series!!

I have to say I didn’t quite like Noah from the beginning and while I started to warm up to him I just could feel something bad coming soon and it had to do with him. He was quite full of himself in the sense that his dream mattered over someone else’s and I just couldn’t shake the bad taste he left in my mouth.

Beau..... oh how I loved Beau and Mac so much I wanted to jump in the book and squeeze them!! I could tell from their first meeting that Beau was a freaking sassy as heck woman and I hoped to goodness that I could see that sassy throughout the book!! Her relationship to townspeople and their connection made me miss my own small town. They haven’t their own passion... each other and it just brings the community together.

I swooned, got angry, excited and swooned again each and every chapter!!! I loved how connected I felt to each character.... even SHANE!! Congrats Kelsie and I am so honored I was given the chance to read this book for my honest review!!!

Get comfy, grab a blanket and a hot cuppa, sit back, relax and get your book on. Make sure you get your hands on this project of Novella's by a number of authors (some of them are new to me) called Lovers Landing series. The series centers around a coffee shop Lovers Landing in a quaint little town in a place called Love, GA. There is Enemies to Lovers, Second Chance, Brothers Best Friend, Best Friends to Lovers, Fake Marriage - basically a mixture of great genre's. The authors involved are Kierstin Modglin, Mysti Parker, Marika Ray, Christina Butrum, Savannah Sloan, Marie Savage, Leanne Davis and Kelsie Rae.

Fifty Fifty is Kelsie Rae's book and an Enemies to Lovers story. What can I say about this. You will love all the characters she has created here, I mean she can't go wrong after her Signature Series. Mac is just the cutest little thing and I you will fall in love with Noah & Beau.

It's a super cute quick read with just the right amount of feels to keep you glued to your kindle.

It's also super sweet, swoon worthy stuff - just the right combination. The way I'm going I'm pretty sure I will have this series read within a number of days. High recommended.

Fifty-Fifty is yet another winner by Kelsie Rae! Let me start with the cover. Kelsie Rae is known for having gorgeous covers that are absolutely perfect for the magic she weaves within the pages. I didn’t one-click this baby because of the cover, though. I did that because she is one of my few automatic one-click authors. I don’t need to read the blurb or see the cover.

When I read this blurb, it gave me the tiniest bit of a pause. I’m not a country kind of girl, and Beau sounded all sorts of country. The kind of country that would have gotten on my nerves and made me DNF a book, so I was counting on Kelsie to get me past that. And she didn’t fail me! I loved Beau! I naturally loved Mac, and I even grew to love Noah!

Love isn't easy. Love may even come at the most unexpected times and even from the most unexpected people. Something I was reminded of by Beau and Noah. Funny how their fifty-fifty beginning turned into a one-hundred percent win!

Novella or full-length novel, Kelsie Rae makes me fall in love with love all over again. She makes me, this tough and rough chick fall in love with love! How she does it, I’ll never know, but I hope she never stops.

I was lucky and received an ARC of this book. I enjoyed reading about Noah and Beau's story. Noah who didn't know he had a grandfather until the day he got a call that he was in his will because his grandfather passed away. Noah has to go to Love, GA. to settle the Inn with Beau who he thinks his a man at first but comes to find out it's a woman with a two year old. How things unfold from there between them two is funny, loving, happy and adventurous. I loved how things progressed with these two and how much the child was involved. I loved this story so very much. The happy ending at the end was phenomenal. Of course Harry and Betty put something in the coffee at Lover's landing coffee shop. Thank you Kelsie another 5 star read in Lover's landing series. Is Romance a go with these two, read this awesome book to find out what happens at the end.

I enjoyed this book. It was entertaining and well written. Kelsie Rae is a fantastic writer. Fifty fifty started out with me not liking the characters and I wasn't sure I would get through it, which is shocking based on my complete adoration for the other books by Kelsie Rae that I have read (all of them). It was about a quarter the way in where the characters, Noah and Beau, started to grow that I actually felt like this is the writing style I know and love. Noah just seemed like a selfish jerk and Beau made flash decisions about Noah that I thought were too judgmental for someone you just met. I know there are people that are like that and so Beau is realistic, I just didn't care for it. Overall, the book was enjoyable and I will continue to one click everything Kelsie Rae has to offer.

Kelsie did not disappoint with this story and I think the cover is as awesome as the book. Fifty-Fifty has southern charm and sass like you wouldn’t believe, but it is also so sweet and endearing. I love when single parent stories come along and Kelsie nailed this one from beginning to end. Just wait until you meet Mac because your heart will explode with happiness and you will constantly smile. Ms. Rae gives a whole new meaning to the flight or fight response and I adored every minute of it. Wanna find out why the coat and tree are so special? Then read this book. Kelsie Rae this is the perfect blend of thinking you know what you want out of life and chasing your dreams to landing right where you need to be.

Fifty-Fifty by Kelsie Rae is part of Lovers Landing Novella series. This is Noah and Beau's story. Noah's grandfather's dies and leaves him and Beau his inn 50/50. Noah's dead set on moving to where the inn is located and wants to sell the inn and buy into a tattoo shop where he currently lives at. He comes off as this total jerk when he meets Beau. Beau is a single mom with an adorable kid who has had a rough life. She thinks her dream has been ruined when she meets Noah. Noah thought he was meeting a man - this was an enemies-to-lovers story and I loved ever moment. The chemistry between them really heats up when they spend more time together fixing up their B & B. Such a sexy sweet read with heart.

My Rating: 4. 8 stars *****

4 1/2 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beau and Noah clash from the beginning, and it works. Beau is a single mom, doing it on her own, but with the support of several people in the small town of Love, GA. One of her biggest supporters had been Jay, her boss at the B&B, and Noah’s absentee grandfather. Jay leaves the two his B&B after his death, and boy, talk about a great first meeting.

The characters are wonderful, and Beau’s daughter, Mac, is a trip. It’s definitely a case of the guy falling for the kid first! And honestly, that little girl was amazingly well written.

The characters clash, they fight attraction, they deal with their attraction, they have to decide what dreams are worth fighting for.

I usually have a hard time connecting with characters on a deep way, but these three hit me in the heart big time. I especially find it difficult in a novella, but this one did not miss a beat. I loved Beau and Mac, it was single mom perfection with the two of them. Mac was a little spitfire and I truly adored her character. Noah, dear sweet And conflicted Noah, the way he attached to Mac was fantastic and I loved it. The connection Noah and Beau had was great as well and I loved everything about this novella. A great read that leaves you crying, happy and stomach in knots because their love is so sweet. Clean romance as well and impeccably written. LOVED it.

Y’all I am loving Kelsie Rae’s books so much. Here is yet another one of her books that did not disappoint.
Fifty-Fifty is set in a small town in Georgia. Noah just found out he inherited half of a B&B when his grandfather died. Noah doesn’t care much about the B&B at first. He’s only interested in the money so he can follow his dream of owning a tattoo shop. Will his dreams change when he meets the other half owner of the B&B (Beau) and her bubbly daughter Mac?? You’ll have to read this to find out!
This book gave me all the feels and I love an enemies to lovers kind of story!!! It was such a sweet romance!

What to do when your dreams go in one direction and your heart another. These two are thrown together in an impossible situation. . . well until he drinks the coffee. She doesn't believe in it even though she has seen the results. He doesn't know about it or the town. When their walls come down and they have a choice to make who will loose? This story of two people who are not on the market who suddenly finds themselves thrown together by tragedy is funny, emotional and just darn good. This author writes the perfect story to fit right in with the wonderful authors in this series. This is my first read b y this author and I can honestly say it was awesome and touched my heart.

When Noah learns that his grandfather does and left him an inheritance, he realizes that he can make his dream of owning a tattoo shop a reality. But when reality smacks him in the face in the form of a partner named Beau. When a trip to Georgia reveals a struggling B&B and the fact that Beau is really a she, is he willing to compromise everything the sake of a dream?
This book was surprisingly enjoyable to read and I have to admit that it took me awhile to warm up to Noah. Other than that I enjoyed this book.

You guys! I’m a HUGE fan of everything Kelsie Rae writes. I love bad boys. And I LOVE enemies to lovers. So this book was hitting every single one of my checkboxes. But I can’t even tell you how much I loved it. The amount doesn’t exist! Beau was a tough as nails, remarkable heroine and Noah was a HOT, tattooed, smooth talking, attraction-denying, leather jacket wearing....oh, where was I going with this? Dude. I can’t say enough good things about this book. Just read it. Trust me, you won’t regret it!

I really enjoyed this novella. I wished it was longer, and did not want it to end. I love the idea of this "magical" coffee shop, Lover's Landing, where you just might walk in and meet the love of your life over coffee. Beau and Noah's meeting was definitely passionate...in another way. I think for me, two-year-old Mac stole the show. I fell in love with her, and I think she may have maybe brought more magic to the couple than the coffee!

The best one in this series. I absolutely loved this one. There was just something so sweet and lovable about this. I absolutely love little Mac and her dinosaurs. All he wanted was to sell the bed and breakfast to get his dream a tattoo shop. Little does he know that is all going to change because of Love,Georgia. I really am beginning to think there is something in the coffee. Highly recommend this one.

A feel good read. Noah discovers he is able to the best of both worlds. He is making his dreams come true, one step at a time. Beau has had the rug ripped out from under feet when she got the short end of the deal. Beau did get blessed with her beautiful daughter , Mac who is the star of the show. Welcome to Love Georgia, pull up a comfy chair and get lost in the small town book.

This is one story I could not get enough of! I fell in love with Beau right from the start and held onto that throughout the story! She's one character that will stay in my mind for quite a while. And not to forget, her daughter, Mac...that little girl and Noah's interaction throughout the story was enough to make my heart melt. I really enjoyed this story and could not put it down! It's definitely an enemy-to-lover's story you don't want to miss!

Noah and Beau are the sweetest couple and give you all the feels from this small town. Lana@ White Hot Reads

These two were destined to be with each other by the hands of Jay. He left his bed and breakfast to Noah and Beau who split it 50/50. Both have different ideas for it and these two explore what can be done. Its instant sparks between the tattoo artist and single mom.

I enjoyed this story so much! The only reason for the 4 star instead of 5 is because "y'all" was used way too much! Betty and Harold didn't even seem like themselves because they don't talk like that ;)
I have nothing against the word because I say it a lot but it felt forced in here somehow.

You will love Beau, Mac, and Noah.

Enemies to Lovers!

Fifty-fifty is Kelsie Rae’s novella in the Lovers Landing Series. It’s a stand alone though, so don’t worry if you haven’t read others in the series.

Noah is a tattoo artist who dreamed of owning his own shop. He is left half of a B&B by his grandfather who he really didn’t know. The other half of the B&B is owned by Beau, another Noah didn’t know. Noah decides he should sell the B&B as it’s not doing well, but now he has to convince Beau. When he meets her, he is stunned by how beautiful she is (inside and out). And she’s as stubborn as Noah! But she is not going to sell the B&B, the only place she felt was home for she and her daughter. They agree to spend a month improving the inn before determining the future for the B&B.

This is a great enemies to lover novel! As with Kelsie Rae’s previous books, she weaves the plot and characters together so well, you just have to sigh and enjoy it!
