Can a homesick space pirate and a broken alien heal each other’s hearts?
Angel signed up with the Space Cadets to join her twin brother after he left to explore new frontiers. Instead, her stasis pod was lost in space. Now, hundreds of years later, Angel has been rescued, but all her hopes and dreams are dead. Becoming a space pirate seems as good a way to fill her time as any other. She certainly isn’t going to put her heart on the line again. But when she meets a sexy yet complicated alien security officer on her very first mission, her priorities start to get confused.

Peter has always been the strongest of his brothers. But being captured and forced to serve on the pleasure ships against his will until his brothers broke him out has changed him. The enormous alien is confident on the outside, but broken inside. He never expects to share a physical connection with another being. But impossibly, the human scavenger aboard his vessel awakens both his lust and his most violent protective instincts. Angel is destined to be his blood mate, if Peter dares to bring her into his bed and his heart.

When the unlikely mates discover a pod onboard with a baby who just might be the clone of the famous classical composer Pyotr Tchaikovsky, the two must finally face the music.

Can these broken travelers make each other whole again? Or will their escape from the abandoned cruiser be their swan song?

Angel was on her way to Space Camp in her stasis pod but something went wrong and she floated for hundreds of years. She was found by Mama of the Stargazer who bought her and made her a space pirate. They found empty ships and took booty off them to make money.
When Mama left Angel on the ship, she had no idea romance was about to meet her. She found a shape shifter and barbarian named Peter who was her blood mate. He introduced her to a stasis pod, which was smaller than hers. She looked inside and found Tchaikovsky, Tchai.
Together, or not, they find a Monster and bad Russian entanglements. If they stay together they must decide where to go, how to make money, and what to do about and with Tchai for the future.
Somewhere in the great mind of Tasha Black we also get to meet Peter's brothers. The end of the trilogy will give you goose pimples of joy.
I was given this ARC book for an honest review.

Third book in the series, and Tasha black did an excellent job on all three books. It was really nice to see the three brothers and the three girls come full circle. This one is about Angel, and like the others she was rescued from her stasis pod 200 years after she had left earth. I think it affected her the most because she had planned on seeing her twin brother, and then realizing 200 years and past had devastated her. After boarding the vessel to be tagged, she found Peter. Peter was not human, like his two brothers before he was very special, unlike his brothers, he was forced into two years of servitude aboard a pleasure vessel. Some thing he wants to forget. He woke up alone with the baby on this vessel, definitely not expecting Angel to show up. His true blood mate. She not only saved him physically she saved him mentally, and all three couples were brought together. Truly a great science fiction read.

This is the 3rd book in this series and another great read! As with the other 2 stories you have s space cadet rescued and the barbarian who's on the ship she's been assigned to scavenge. In this book though there's more than you think in regards to the baby and Peter and Angel have to figure it all out. A great romance with surprises and twists. You should read the other books first but you won't be sorry!

This is the conclusion of what I am guessing is the first season of this series. Since this book shadows the same sort of development as book #1 it is easy to see where the story is going. Most of the questions I had in the first book are not addressed by this point either which makes things frustrating as well since I doubt Tasha Black will cover it now as the series continues.

I did enjoy that we got to know a little bit more of Angel's back story, her struggle with accepting her stasis and grieving her brother. Also I think it's pretty realistic that Angel was uncomfortable holding the baby and didn't know as much about how to care for a baby at least at first - her maternal instincts tended to kick in pretty quickly.

We also learned more about Peter's background and struggles. I thought this added some depth to the characters that wasn't as evident in the first two books of the series.

It was also a good reminder that while those circumstances made both Peter and Angel run toward the prospect of an immediate family not all of us would react the same way. I think I would have run for the hills personally.lol

All in all, although I think their are some issues that need to be addressed in general for this series they make for a relaxing afternoon read when you want a quick get away. If you are a fan of Tasha Black's I don't think this story will disappoint and personally I look forward to cruise adventures and updates from Mama in the next instalment.

Terrific story about a shapeshifter and a human that has been in stasis for 200 years.

A baby, that is a clone of Protyr Tchaikovsky, is being taken care of a shapeshifter barbarian name Peter. He is the security officer under space cruiser that have been abandoned accept him and the baby. Angel is a scavenger who has been in stasis for 200 years. She found Peter and the baby in the secure room. Peter tells Angel what it is like to be mates. Also, they checked in the library for additional information about the baby. He was enhanced to be connected to running battleship computer.

There is a shadowy alien being that is attacking the three of them. Will they be able to escape? Will their brothers and their mates arrive in time?

The characters are interesting because of the backstory up their lives. Peter was a sex slave up until they put him in stasis. The emotional impact of the two main characters are believable and relatable as if they were presented today. The rest of the plot is unique and a drama fast- paced with edge of your seat suspense. The ending is very surprising. I enjoyed this look very much. Highly recommended to paranormal and sci-fi readers. It's well worth the cost of the three books in the series for this series is truly memorable.

Angel joins the Space Cadets to stay close to her twin brother but something goes horribly wrong and she is sealed in a stasis pod for hundreds of years. When she was rescued she had to deal with the fact everyone she ever loved is long dead and she has no family. The one thing Angel needs is family. She is placed on an abandoned cruiser to tag valuable items for retrieval but soon discovers she is not alone. She runs into Peter who takes her to Tchai a baby boy Peter rescued from a failing stasis pod. There is another being on the cruiser as well that is made of black vapor until to needs to be solid. This being wants them and the baby. Peter knows at once that Angel is his blood mate but how will he be able to bond with a human, they are all alike. Peter was a captive on the pleasures ships until his brothers rescued him. He has very little love for humans after the things he went through while held captive. The feelings between Angel and Peter continue to grow and so does their love for their new son Tchai. Then they discover a horrible truth about the life Tchai was created for, they have to keep him safe but he may have a tracker on him somewhere. A misunderstanding almost destroys Peter and Angels chance at happiness and a family. Wonderful characters, amazing story. Once I started reading I couldn't put it down.

There is plenty to Love about this one, starting with a chubby little guy who steals the heart of everyone he touches. Tchai (short for Tchaikovsky) has adopted or been adopted by another hunky gorgeous Barbarian who has fallen for this sweet human baby. Peter is in charge of security for the ship even if he has been in stasis for hundreds of years. Now awake his only concern is Tchai, oh and the evil creature on the ship. Then there is his Angel. Yep, that's her name and she has a face and body to match.

There are plenty of problems for Peter and Angel and sweetie. Can they get past the evil guy? With all the problems will they make it to the main ship? Oh, yeah, how is he supposed to explain their connection? It won't be easy, however, family is important. Will their family make it to save the baby?

I loved reading this one. The author threw in some real bumps and surprises. This is the last in this series but don't worry. There will be more from the pen -- okay -- computer of Ms. Black and I'm anxious to read the next more.

💢 Another blockbuster for this phenomenal author. I was taken in from the first page to the last word of this book. Definitely a Must Read!

🔹️Peter is a Barbarian Shape Shifter who could change into anything at will. He was Head of Security of this now empty ship that he woke up from his stasis. Finding a pod with a baby in it and a name plate Tchaikovsky. Claiming the baby as his, Peter realized the women who found him was his mate. Now he would protect her and his baby from a creature that was coming after them.

🔹️Angel joined the Space Cadet Program to join her twin brother Anthony, after her left to explore the new frontiers. Something happened to her space pod, her and two other girls drifted for more than a 100 years before they were awakened. All her hopes and dreams are dead. Now she tags for Mama who she owes her life.

Holy hot alien shifters!! I love always being surprised by Ms. Black with these new fantastic & unique stories! "Tchaikovsky" is the 3rd & latest PNR fiction, must read that merges various sub-genres like fantasy, Sci-fi & more that’s set hundreds of years into the future in outer space! With a fresh new plot and some smoking hot romance, suspense and mystery, it grabbed me from the first page to where I didn’t want to stop, and then read it in record time! With well-defined relatable characters, some recurring & others new, witty dialogue and surprises galore that will keep readers engaged & turning pages like crazy! Even tho I always volunteer to read this author’s books in advance, this is my honest opinion without any outside influences. Plus, I have preordered my own kindle book to keep :) So yes, I do highly recommend this to adult fans of fiction & can’t wait for more, but as usual- I will wait ;)

I fell in love with this one.
Angel is from old earth like 250 years ago. She had been stuck inside a space pod sleeping all that time until someone found her and her two friends and was going to sell them but the captain of the Stargazer brought them and they work for her as Privateers any Angel like to think of it more like treasure hunting. Right now she on and extremely old abandoned ship in space with a biodome full of trees.

Peter was asleep for 2 centuries before the ship a work him because little Tchai needed him so he's been taking care of his new son. Protecting him from the monster that's on the ship with them. Then a women his mate show up.

I love this story . Out of the 3 books this one is my favorite. The story has drama, mystery, cuteness, and so much more. I couldn't put it down. The characters are fantastic. Don't miss it. Voluntarily reviewed a copy and I honestly loved it.

These 3 stories are so very cute! I couldn't put it down but at the end it seemed to need something more!

Possible SPOILERS

Angel's job is to tag anything of value from the ship she was assigned to but something isn't right onboard!
When Peter awakens for the day he realizes something is different on the ship someone is on it....is the person friend or foe? Peter will protect the baby at all costs!
Angel & Peter must protect Tchai from the black alien thing that is attacking them but they also need to find information about Tchaikovsky because the two want to keep him to themselves.
When back-up arrives it brings new friends, old friends and answers.

Perfectly horrifying!

Not the story! Certainly not! The story, the romance of Angel & Peter is wonderful. Almost immediately I felt like I understood both of them. Not that I ever went through what they did but the visceral, the emotions that would let loose and make things worse. Assumptions. I wanted to cringe each time Angel or Peter make an assumption about the other. However, through trial and tribulation, Peter and Angel surpass their pasts to welcome their future.

Easily said, but not always easily done.

And let's not forget that sweet, innocent Tchaikovsky. Tchai, the baby irresistable. A helpless babe holds a secret that truly horrifies.

I think you need to read the trilogy to find the answears I cannot reveal.

Technically this is a standalone book, a paranormal romance with threats in the background. Reality -- it is so much better when read as a series. Questions raised and explanations. Like so many of Tasha Black's books (series) I had a difficult time putting down this book (and the first 2). Loved the book! Bravo!! I especially enjoyed the ending of this book (do not skip to the end first -- the building of this book and the characters are excellent).

I received a free copy of this book via BookFunnel and am voluntarily leaving a review.

I love this series! Large parts of this book can’t be discussed without spoilers....so I don’t know what to say about this without spoiling it. You have to read all 3! These books are much better after you figure out what’s actually going on.

The series wide mystery and plot is wrapped up in this book. The romance is good, characters are great, and the mystery is so much fun!

Disclosure: I received a review copy of this book from the author and am voluntarily leaving my honest opinion. I was not financially compensated for this post.

I love it! When Angel finds Peter with Tchai, he has already adopted the child who has been out of his pod for a while. He isn't sure what is coming in when she tris the door so he has already transformed into something else. He is afraid it is the smoky monster he has had to fight a few times already. When he catches her & sees she isn't what he thought he frees her & backs off. She sees him go back to the state he is usually in. He is trying to get over the fact this human is his blood mate. He not to trusting. He had been enslaved on a pleasure ship for a few years before his brothers freed him & he got a job on this ship protecting his adopted son. He had been in status for he is not sure how long. He explains what he is to her & when she tries to talk to him he asks her to be quieter. He shows her his son. He tells her about the baby, she sees the symbol on the pod. It belongs to New Russia. She remembers clones being talked about when she joined the Space Cadets. She tells him he can't keep the baby, it belongs to New Russia. He already knows she is a scavenger & thinks she is thinking money. Humans are like that. He is not giving up or selling his son! They need to find some food. She wants to find the ships logs to try to find a loophole so he can keep the little one or at least understand that she is not just trying make money. They reach the room but it is locked so her drone starts working on breaking the code. They go to the gallery to find food. After they eat & find a place for the baby to sleep he tells her about himself. He explains about blood mates and how she is his. He asks if she will be his. She agrees. He has learned about her life before she had been in status & lost in space for about 2oo years & how she lost her family in that time. He tells her of how he had been on the pleasure ship & his brothers had got him out. He & his brothers had all gotten jobs on these ships. She tells him that if he is all right they might be too, her friends are checking out the other ships. After they get a litter closer together they decide to sleep. Her drone wakes them to let them know it opened the door. They get dressed, feed the baby & eat. They go into the archives room to find the info on Tchai. Angel had been right, he is a clone belonging to New Russia. What she didn't know was that he was supposed to be used as part of ship's computer navigational system. Something neither of them are willing to do. She is wanting to take the baby to her captain, Mama, she will know what to do. He doesn't trust pirates, she will sell his son. They need to get somewhere to get the tracker off the baby where no one will say anything. When they are trying to think of a way, Peter gives her Tchai & goes off to look around. The smoky monster sneaks up on her gets a hold of her. She screams for Peter, & gets her electric baton out to zap it. She does manage to get it to let loose enough to get away as Peter comes running back. About then Anna, Leo, Raine & Nick find them. They are all happy to see each other. Mama in the background tells them they need to get out of there. Peter still wants to find a way to go somewhere else. He is not happy his mate is taking his son of a pirates ship. While they are eating & talking together Angel explains what she found out about the babies. Peter told them he was going to find away to keep his son. He goes to look around. Angel follows him to talk to him but he won't listen right now so she goes back to talk to the rest. Mama hears what is being said & comes to the Galley to talk to them. They tell her about the babies & new Russia. She informs them since they had been asleep so long & didn't know New Russia is gone. She goes to hold Tchai. Peter is walking back & sees Angel give his son to Mama. He turns around & goes to the cargo port where he saw an old ship. How could his mate betray him like that? How could she give their son away? He takes the ship & goes back to the ship he had been on. The rest of them had been talking about how the drones could get what had been tagged. Mama didn't think so with the Smoky web thing all over the three ships. Raine & Nick tell her about how they think they can get rid of it by reversing the magnetic field. She listens & they plan it out. If they get rid of it they can have all 3 ships. When they launch the drones Angel comes in to stop them & finds out it's too late. She tells them Peter had gone back, it'll kill him. She finds another old ship & goes to get him. He is watching Stargazer & sees the Smoky monster climb onto it. He heads back to the port to go back to save his mate & son. She gets there in time to get him. They are out of the ship when the drones hit it but the blast knocks their system out. They have to wait to reboot. He tells her he saw the monster on the Stargazer. When their ship gets back on they get to the Stargazer. When they get aboard he gets his first true look at Mama & sees one of the prisoners who was a slave with him on the pleasure ship he was on. They both are kind of surprised. Angel wants to know where the monster was, he tells her. She runs to the port & kicks up the power on her baton weapon. When they get there, it starts after her. He distracts it as it starts to wrap around her. Angel zaps it until it stops twitching. They end up with 3 very good ships. When the weddings are about to take place Mama rounds the men up & tells them she is going to give them 1 of the ship so that they can all make a family business out of a hotel ship. I love it.

Aww, there is just nothing like stargazer love.... Well, the "mission" continues, although the plots are connected, I think each book is unique and is so gripping that it makes me hunger for more. This one adds even more depth and brings revelation to some of the things I have been pondering. It is very well balanced in intensity, mystery and romance. I enjoyed imagining myself watching their alien adventure. I am voluntarily reviewing a free copy.

This novella was a quick read, but a good read. It is a fantasy of a human woman Angel, who signed up with the space cadettes to join her twin brother but her stasis pod gets lost in space and now hundreds of years later she gets rescued by an alien security officer named Peter. She also finds a baby. It does seem to get a little bit far fetched but interesting enough to keep me reading until the end. Recommend.

Final book and still so captivating story than I couldn't let me phone before ending it. Peter backstory is as sad as Angel's and in that they're complementary. I love that we can read about little Tchai from the beginning and the amazing bond between Peter and the baby. The electromagnetic web is still a mystery and I hope we'll learn about it some day. Amazing universe created here and I can't recommended it enough.

Question?

Having read all three of these books and their blurbs, I’m not giving anything away when I say that the three Barbarian security brothers each have the first names of their babies’ predecessors. Leo is on Tolstoy’s ship, Nick is on Tesla’s ship and Peter is on Tchaikovsky’s ship. No explanation is ever given for this.
Other than that, the stories, like other Tasha Black’s stories, are nice light romances.

Family

The end of a sweet family trilogy of shape shifting aliens and 3 human women. This book was about the final brother Peter whose had some trauma in his life and no reason to like human women. But fate has a snarky sense of humor and sends him Angel. An instant family is not exactly what Angel was looking for but Peter and a sweet little baby named Tchai steal her heart. Great characters and an interesting storyline ends this series with a smile.

Another cute story in the series of three books. Angel and Peter bond immediately over little Tchai. Peter has a difficult time trusting anyone and it almost causes him to lose the two people who need him most. Fortunately, Angel is not afraid to risk her life to ensure Tchai's father is around to watch him grow up. Great HEA ending. Hope we get to see these three couples again.

I was given a copy of this book by the author. My review is voluntary.

Unusual Salvage

Angel had no idea when she went onto the pleasure cruiser spaceship to see what could be salvaged that she would meet Peter an alien and the baby Tchaikovsky. Both had been in statis pods and had awaken so Peter had claimed the baby. Upon seeing Angel he realised that she is his blood mate but can he trust her to not try to salvage his son. I hope that others enjoy this book as much as I did which is why I totally recommend it.

Stand alone stiry of a series.

Angel is a privateer. Peter is a former pleasure slave. Angel discovers Peter on a ship. He is not human, but has a human baby whom he adopted. They suffered past tragedies. I like how Peter loves Tchaik. There are steamy scenes, action and danger.

What a fantastic finale...

Peter may have been a little more damaged than his brothers, but true love conquers all. These stories have been so unique, the mythology is new and refreshing for paranormal and sci-fi. The characters have depth and draw you into his story. This tale has drama, action, HOT sexy times, and is just a fun read.
