Wanting More (Alpha Men, 3) An Alpha Older Man, Younger BBW, Steamy Sweet Romance
Stacy I lost my parents and Mack helped me from losing myself. He’s been my best friend for a year now. I want more… but he doesn’t.
Mack I loved Stacy the second she walked in the door. She’s younger than me, but that doesn’t bother me. She’s rich… really rich. And I come from the wrong side of the tracks. I know she deserves better than me. Until I realize I can’t live without her, and NO MAN will love her as I do.
Note: This is a steamy, sweet, SHORT romance. It has a HEA with a tattooed, alpha and a plus-size woman that makes him hers! If you love short romances with insta love, hot scenes, and a sweet story, then this one is for you.
USA Today Bestselling Author Hope Ford writes steamy, small town romances where the heat is high, the heroes are obsessed, and the love hits deep. Her stories are filled with protective alpha men who’ll do anything for their woman—and curvy heroines who finally get the love they deserve. If you like your love fast, filthy, and full of heart—you’re in the right place.
It wasn't great, it wasn't bad either. I liked the characters, but wasn't a fan of the dialogues, and not only in this one but the entire series. But that's ok. Overall, it was pretty good, a huge plus that they are friends so there's no instalove bs. I still love Hope Ford. And I will read everything she writes. Now off to book 4.
"I can’t do it anymore. I may have come from the wrong side of the tracks, but no one could love Stacy more than I do."
This is the third book in the Alpha Men series that are collection of possessive instalove alpha male "lunch break reads". This is a good friends to lovers story. They tried to resist each other and be friends for so long but they both wanted more. Mack, thought he wasn't good enough for Stacy but she was hopelessly in love with him. Finally, one night, his control snaps when she's out and about at a bar and all the male attention is on her. Mack is forced to make his move. Enjoy this super short, fun read.
Don't know what I was expecting but this was a waste of the hour it took me to read it early this morning. Too bad I can't go back in time, get the hour back and devote it to sleep.
Stacy has been attracted to Mack since they met but he has been fighting the attraction. A little incentive pushes Mack to make up his mind and give them their HEA in this sweet story.
Wanting more is book three in the alpha men series. This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable. Stacy and Mack have been friends for a year. Both of them have been in love with one another for just as long. Stacy wants Mack but he won’t make a move. As Stacy is rich and he is from the wrong side of the tracks, Mack doesn’t feel good enough for Stacy. The chemistry between Stacy and Mack is clear to see and I liked them as friends and as a couple. I just wish that there were more scenes of them officially as a couple. I really liked the ending of this book. I liked that Stacy and Mack were really happy together. The storyline for this book is easy to follow and an enjoyable read.
This one is my favorite so far in this series. I was disappointed with the last but I’m glad I shouldered on. Even though it’s super short, I really enjoyed the story. The ending was weird and over the top, and would have been better without, but it’s a short enough blip in the book that it was over and done with before I got too annoyed. The epilogue made up for it. Characters were good. I liked that the girl was the business mogul and not the man as is typical of romance it seems. You get a little back story in the beginning that they’ve been really good friends for a year and they cant hold back their feelings anymore. So it didn’t feel too rushed. Great short.
The book was all about waiting game of claiming. The tension built up between MCs after a year of friendship finally erupted into explosive nights of passion. The storyline was okay with some reference to the crossover characters within the series. The book did some background story on both H and h (on how the different but similar at some point), but I was expecting something more. Well, I guessed i had to settled with short steamy story for this story. No deep heart quenching story for me...
I loved this friends to lovers spin on romance. Stacy needed someone in her life that would just be there and support her while her world was totally out of control. Mack was a stand up partner for her. He didn't want her money or anything else. He just wanted to be there for her without drama. I must say I don't like the whole wrong side of the tracks character trait. It just doesn't work for me.
Stacy was so grateful and surprised to find a friend in Mack, the tattoo artist sge went to after her parents died. The past year has had their friendship strengthen and grow. She wants more and he keeps telling her she can do better. Will Mack let her in and let their love shine?
A story your mind gets lost in, where you feel what the characters feel isn't enough to read just once. It's something you want to experience over and over. A good book can get your heart pumping, your belly dipping, and your body tingling. It's something a person can experience, no matter how many times you read it.
It was a OK read. Stacy and Mac have what many would describe as an unlikely friendship. She is 21 and he is 10 years older. She was brought up with the best money can buy while Mack is a tattoo artist from the wrong side of the tracks. However none of that stopped them from becoming friends and developing feelings with one another.
Very short. A bit sweet but the writing has improved from the previous two books in this series and the story seems a little bit more believable since the two characters have been friends for a year. Still, it's much too short to really get attached to the characters or to have them really develop a real relationship

This is a short story that’s well written sweet and steamy. Mack and Stacey are best friends but have loved each other for a year. But Mack doesn’t think he’s good enough for Stacey. But can he watch someone else be with her. I loved this story, fast with a great happy ever after.
This is Mack's story. Mack thinks that he isn't good enough but he is proven wrong. This is a quick read. This is the third book in the series. The characters have amazing chemistry. The characters are best friends before they fall in love with each other.
She come into his tattoo shop and they hit it off.for over a yrs friends only but each wants more and it finally happens he want her for herself and lived her since the beginning
Stacy was lost after her parents died and decided to get a tattoo. The first time Mack sees Stacy he wants her but he thinks he's too old and no good for her. This is a great read and I highly recommend it!
I really enjoyed this series of Alpha Men Book 3 , I look forward to the rest of this series , I hope you will read this series too . I recommend 18 and up .
I really enjoyed reading this story. It had its bits of sad, but from that sadness, something great was found. An alpha male all hot and heavy with only love in his heart. Wowza! Such a beautiful HEA epilogue.
This is a short and steamy read. It is well written and will keep you interested in reading. If you like the alpha men then this is the way to go. Can’t wait to see what is in store next. Great Job Hope Ford
Best friends who become so much more. This was a good read. Some times you don’t realize what you have until it is almost taken from you. Mack thought his best friend Stacy wanted to date someone else but he was so far from the truth.
These are short, hot, sweet reads, jam packed with feels! And I am loving them! Mack and Stacy have been friend since she stumbled into his tattoo shop, both want more, both are afraid to reveal it until……. You go girl!!!!
Short hot and steamy. Interesting story, but I wish the characters had a bit more depth and the naughty bits had a bit more detail. Otherwise excellent.
Mack and Stacys story was really sweet. He thinks hes doing the right thing by keeping her at a distance because they are from different worlds but he couldnt be more wrong.
