I purchased this ebook and audio book.
Friends. I am so confused as to how I feel. I am so excited to FINALLY read my Baldy’s book but now I am sad because I read my Baldy’s book. Is it wrong I already want a re-read already?? NO? Ok good because that might be happening this weekend!! LOL Sorry Free and Hollywood but you gotta wait. It’s my Baby daddy we are talking about…Baldy all day every day!
Ok so why Baldy? I admit Hack almost stole me away in book 3 buuut I hung strong for Brian “Baldy” Allen, the VP of the Steel MC Charter. His character history was one of overcoming childhood cancer. He was just such a fun loving guy who never takes anything for granted given the struggles he has had in life.
Lil’ Bit AKA Kristy Coe is the little sister to Cass. She is BROKEN shell of the wild girl she used to be. She has been brutally attacked, raped, and dehumanized beyond what most think is repairable. She is afraid of everyone and everything but slowly starts to emerge out of her shell. She wants to want more but is scared to death to want more. Baldy is forcing her out into the world and that is her saving grace.
Baldy sees the little girl he grew up with and is there like a big brother should be. However, Baldy soon starts to see the strength and amazing WOMAN she is. He gets all kinda of confused about what is going on. Kristy has always has a crush on Baldy but fears after he saw her when she was at her worst , he would never want her in THAT way.
Lawd thank god for Lil’ Mama kicking Kristy’s butt into taking a chance and LAWD thank God for Baldy finally taking that chance even though he knows Cass is gonna shit a brick!! Can’t go against your MC brothers but when your heart is on the line you will do whatever you need to.
The story of what happened to Kristy is pretty horrendous and we get a lot more details in this book. But OMG guys I was screaming at so many points for her. She has found so much strength in this book. Her strength is coming from her family, her love of Baldy, her new MC Family, and she finally but most importantly she found herself again!!!
The love story in this book….stop it………I am so thrilled with the entire way the story came together. Kristy and Baldy are truly the perfect half to the others whole. Hands down fav book of the series so far.

What a way to ring in 2022! This book was an emotional roller coaster ride and I was busy riding every curve and twist along with Bryan (Baldy) Allen and Kristy (Lil’ Bit) Coe!
Bryan (Baldy) Allen is the mechanic for the Steel MC and for the good folks in and around Turnabout Creek. He is busting his tail off trying to stay ahead of the repairs that are needed, doing runs for the MC (he is also the VP) and keeping a watchful eye out on Kristy Coe. He has been by her side after a brutal attack on her and vows that he will be by her side forever….he just needs to have time and patience for Kristy to realize that he is just the man for her!
Kristy (Lil’ Bit) Coe somehow survived a brutal attack! (and I do mean brutal). She is the sister to Cass in the Steel MC and between him and Baldy, they have been trying to help her heal and overcome the obstacles from her attack. She is also wanting Baldy in the worse way, but she keeps holding back due to the attack and the scars she carries both on in body and in her mind.
This story will go right at the top of being a favorite. This was not an easy journey for either Baldy or Lil’ Bit. Tons of twists and turns kept me reading until the last page. The Road Killers will not go away, which is causing more issues for the Steel MC. They need to be dealt with once and for all.
Loved that Lil’ Bit hid that she was a mechanic for so long! It was fun to see her confuse Baldy one more than one occasion!
Definitely recommend this book and series.

I purchased the audio book and eBook combo from amazon.
This series has made me love the MC book world again. Kat Maxwell did a great job pulling me into this story. I had a hard time pushing the pause button.
This book is about Baldy aka Bryan Allen the VP of Steel MC Montana Charter and Kristy Coe, Cass sister. Both Kristy and Bald had their own past they have to survive through. Baldly survived cancer as a child and Kristy survived being brutally rape. Kristy does not get out a lot and is afraid of people. Baldy runs the gas station in town and has Kristy, or as he calls her Lil’Bit, working there.
I love Baldy he is so patient with Lil’ Bit and helped her come out of her shell. She is able to be around people and slowly getting back some of her normal by working for Baldy. These two can only fight their feelings for so long. Baldy does not want to cross his brother Cass and Lil’ Bit knows Baldy would never what her since she is so broken. Sometimes you have fight for what you love and want no matter what.
This is one of my favorites in this series. We get to see Lil’ Bit grow and see how strong she really is. There are not many that can overcome what she did and be a stronger person because of it. She is also able to show Baldy and others what an amazing mechanic she is. My favorite guy is Hack but Baldy is right up there with him. I so cannot wait to read more of this series.

Emotional Ride
This storyline line takes you on an emotional journey of Lil’ Bit healing from a past she can’t seem to escape. Baldy has stood by waiting for the right moment, but he is done and he is claiming what he always knew was his......Lil’ Bit. Definitely recommend this book and series.

Great book
The characters feel real with what the author imports to you in the story. Family, what would you do and go thru to protect them, would you do the unthinkable, would you sacrifice yourself for another. Come along enjoy this next step in one fantastic series.

These books are fantastic. Its like youre really in the story. I recommend these books 1 to 5 highly to all mc lovers.

Good reading
I have to say reading everything that she and him had to overcome was hard at times. But I was happy that they ended up together. Can not wait to see what happens next.
