They finally found the killer, but it was very anticlimactic. And I'm surprised the Hs of books 1-4 took the high road. I didn't expect them to let the guy live, but they did because all of them thought there's nothing worse than being imprisoned for life. I guess it does make sense.
As for the romance, this series has a pattern of the MMC pulling away and the FMC trying to coax them to give in. Most of the books are slowburn because the MMCs all thought they're not good enough or not deserving of their FMCs.
But then they're going to realize how much in deep they are and eventually stake their claim on their women.
The romance here was okay—insta-something as usual, but still fun to read.
One complaint, though, is that why are there chapters dedicated to the MCs of the prior books? They don't add much to the plot, and most of these POVs end up being spicy scenes. They already had their books, where they go at it like bunnies. Why do I have to see that in someone else's story? 🤧

Hard Road is book one in The Untouchables MC series, and possibly my new favorite.
Parker and Shane were two broken souls who slowly pieced each other back together.
From the first page to the last you won't want to put this book down.
4 big stars!

I have to say that this was and enjoyable read for us as it was filled with tons of emotion,suspense,a great cast of characters,second chances, and about healing ones battered soul.
Parker - We found her to be savvy,brave,strong,cunning,broken,courageous,beautiful inside and out.
Shane-We found him to be dark,broken,dangerous,sweet,kind,generous,
protective,lost and sexy as sin.
We really enjoyed the story as it all started out with a misunderstanding between Parker and Shane but, one thing is for sure since their first meeting he was protective of him/her and they had some sort of connection neither understanding why.
Shane we loved him from the onset of the story you felt his pain from losing his brother as well as losing his identity.With Shane being undercover and constantly posing as someone he is not has taken a toll on him but, Parker turns out to the bright light in his very dark world.
Parker was this little shy little thing when we first met her but, we saw her blossom into the women she was meant to be before life intervened and took her light away.We loved seeing her leave her old life behind and become this vibrant and determined women and now felt she was worthy of being loved.
We loved the story and how two kindred spirits found each other in order to heal and be free of the pain they lived in for so long.Shane and Parker where perfect for one another her soft to his hard but, not soft enough to live his life or share his demons.
We loved this couple together especially the lengths Shane went to keep Parker and holy hotness did this couple create sparks and chemistry.Shane cracked me up most of the time with his antic's protectiveness and jealousy .lol
We are really enjoying these characters in this series we love them all but, we also have to give a shout -out to all the old ladies of this club their just a hoot and make me laugh time and time again.

Just finished reading my ARC copy which I tried stretching out - From the first page I was hooked!!!
Joanna Blake has done it again!! 10 Stars and a must read!!!
Captivating characters with a storyline what will not only keep you interested but also guessing. (Sorry no spoilers). Love Joanna Blake’s writing and how she ties in the characters from previous books in the series and gives you an update. The series just screams loyalty and family.
Shane and Parker’s story is so realistic that it made me feel like I know them in real life. Like I always say, don’t judge since you never know what battles a person is fighting.
Both Shane and Parker have their equal share of demons but they also found a way to love and not close themselves off to the possibility.
Now I will be going through Shane withdrawals until book 5 is released!!! He is by far my favorite in the series. Shane = perfection in book boyfriend standards. Handsome, rough, sexy, and loaded with tattoos. He’s more then meets the eye as you glimpse into his heart and soul. Irresistible!!
More than likely, I will read this book again at least twice like I have with Joanna’s other books.

Wow
These two souls have each fines through so much in their lives. They’ve both pretty much lost everything and we’re lucky enough to find something in each other. Shane was not at all what I expected him to be. Hes such a better man than he portrays and he absolutely loves with his whole heart even though he hides behind his mean mug most of the time. Parker is such a good soul and she finally found love in Shane. Someone to cherish her. These two can stand the test of time. Such a great story for such a great couple.

OMG OMG Hard Road, the 4th story of The Untouchables MC, I could read on till last page, of Shane and Parker story, Theres twist and turns along the way that just keeps you flipping to the next page see what will happen, Shane and Parkers chemistry is sizzling that burns🔥🔥 off. Cant say any more i dont want to spoil it you just have to ONE-CLICK NOW, I definitely recommend, I voluntarily reviewed an advanced copy. Another great story Joanna 👏👏

I really loved this book and couldn’t stop reading once I started. Loved how Shane looks after Parker. It gets really steamy and hot once he finds out she’s a girl, not a young runaway boy. He doesn’t feel like he’s good enough for her. Something bad happens, will he be able to save her? Will he choose revenge? Definitely worth getting. I highly recommend this book.

I was gifted with an ARC from the Author for my honest review.
This book was about Shane and Parker.
Shane is basically a loner. He joined the Hell Raisers to find the killer/s who is responsible for his brother's death. As with the previous books the killer is still on the loose and he continues to torment the Untouchables MC's woman. While Shane is out to try and find the killer he came across a "stray" ... Parker. He is under the impression Parker is a boy. Oh boy what a shocker when he realized that Parker is not a boy but a beautiful young woman with a dark past that needs rescuing. Their relationship slowly progress from friends to lovers.
The killer found out that there is a woman living with Shane. Is Parker going to be on the killer's radar?
Then the unthinkable happen to Parker. What is Shane going to do? Will he be able to catch the killer before there is another death?
There was a lot of tense moments, but also a lot of sexy moments in this book.
You won't be disappointed with this book. As with the other books before this one, Ms Blake introduces us to yet another great couple. You can expect some action, lots of love and some heartache.
Well done Joanna Blake, yet another wonderful read!

Joanna Blake knows how to write one steamy MC book! Hard Road, the 4th installment of The Untouchables MC, just goes to prove what an amazing author she is.
Shane is the president of the Hell Raisers MC. He has a somewhat truce with the rival MC group The Untouchables in their search for a serial killer targeting both MC groups and their loved ones. Shane is a wild one in everyone's eyes but there are some things he will not tolerate from his MC members. Abusing woman and children is one of them. So when Shane discovers 3 of his MC members beating a young boy behind their clubhouse be comes to the rescue. He feels compelled to protect this kid and offers his home and protection. But the kid had a secret of their own.
Parker ran away from home at 18 and has been living on the streets. She discovered that pretending to be a boy was safer on the streets. So when this gorgeous motorcycle god comes to her rescue she wants to tell him the truth. She is no boy!
When her secret comes out Shane finds himself in a predicament. Feelings he thought he could never feel again are surfacing but he has to keep her safe from the killer targeting MC loved ones. Will he be able to resist the strong pull to make Parker his? And will he be able to keep her safe?
This is a just read for sure. An amazing page turner that will have you at the edge of your seat! You will cry, laugh and fall in love while reading. Joanna has created characters that are easy to fall in love with and you'll only want more! Very well done Miss. Blake!

Shane catches members of his club beating on a small boy and puts a stop to it. He ends up taking Parker home with him to keep him off the streets. Parker is actually a girl and she's runaway from a bad situation at home. When Shane starts taking care of her and buys her clothes she slowly starts to feel things for him. Even though he thinks she's a boy and its clothes for a boy she is still happy about what he got her. Its only when she starts working at The Mason Jar that the ladies realize she's a girl. When she finally comes clean to Shane about it she worries that he'll make her leave. Shane is surprised somewhat by the news but more relieved because of feelings he was having towards Parker. Someone is killing members of clubs and no one has a clue who it is. Shane is interested in finding out who because they killed his brother. Is he going to be able to keep those close to him safe?
This is an amazing story once I started it I was on the edge of my seat until the end. The chemistry between them is off the charts hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend it to any book lover.

Shane's life is crap. He is simply breathing until he catches the man who killed his brother. Coming across a kid getting a beat down from some club members wakes him up and gets his heart beating. Determined to protect Parker, he takes the boy home not knowing he is really a she. Parker has had it rough and when the big beautiful biker saves her, she knows she is in a bind. She has to tell him the truth even though he could be furious over her deception. Falling for him, she finally reveals her gender. Shane is terrified of how he feels for Parker now that he knows the truth. He is going to have to catch the killer before its too late!
Joanna Blake is one of favorites! She writes alpha males for sure but they are always so devoted to their women and Shane is no exception. We met this crazy daredevil in previous books and I am so glad we get his story and a conclusion to the murderer plot that has cast a sinister shadow over previous books. Joanna does an amazing job of making her guys unique and describes them so vividly, as are the women. Parker is a sweet girl with a good head on her shoulders and I wanted to adopt her immediately. This book is safe, however there is a trigger but it was handled perfectly in my opinion. Do yourself a favor and take a ride with The Untouchables Prez and his lady Parker. 5 stars for Hard Road!

Shane took on the mantle of a biker to hunt down his brother's killer. Three years later, the killer is gone but his accomplice is still at large, and still collecting victims. Now the president of the outlaw biker club, Shane steps in when a few of his boys start roughing up a runaway. He takes Parker under his wing, believing him to be a young boy in need of a break.
Parker is on the run from an abusive home life, and it takes her quite a while before she can trust that Shane isn't like the other men she's known. Once he finds out the truth, their chemistry is off-the-charts hot and Shane starts to think he just might have something to live for. There's still a killer on the loose, however, and falling for Parker only puts her in imminent danger.
I loved how the men and women of the Untouchables MC learned to see Shane through Parker's eyes. I also enjoyed the few chapters that were told from the viewpoint of these familiar characters as they interacted with Parker and Shane. The story was intense and captivating right from the start, with a beautiful, heartwarming HEA. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.

I was pulled into this story right from the get go, staying there until I had read the last word that was written. All the while I was watching the story play out in my head, just like a little mini movie.
There are twists, turns and surprises through out the book, some of the surprises are large, some are small, some you will see coming while others you won't, but they all make the story the awesome rea that it is.
I went on a bit of an emotional rollercoaster ride with this book, I felt every single emotion that all the characters in the book went through, I laughed, I got annoyed, I got frustrated and I might of even shed a tear or two.
This book has become my favourite of this series, don't get me wrong I love the other 3 books, but this one has got straight to the top for me.
This is an author I highly recommend. If you haven't read Joanna Blake, why not?????? You are missing out on a fantastic experience, I am sure that she has a book or two that would please anyone and everyone, she writes different genre's. I have to admit I do love her MC books.

Shane and Parker are like minded souls that find redemption, understanding, and love in one another. Let me just begin by saying, shout out to JB for give little old RI so much love in this book! Now to the meat of it, I genuinely enjoyed this book. As forewarned it had some darkness, but much like darkness in life, this darkness allowed for a greater truth to ring out. Parker has zero reasons to trust anyone and life has given her some very tough lesson thus far. When a chance white knight happens upon her she is lead down the path of healing. Shane has one ethos and it’s to get revenge for this brother. It has fueled him and changed him, but nevertheless he persists. The moment Parker steps into his life, he strangely feels nothing but peace. But with a killer still on the loose and his need for vengeance, will he be able to see the path to heaven right in front of him.

Once again a very entertaining story by the talented Joanna Blake.
I got to know Shane who was a unique character even amongst all the other bada$$ bikers. He has a lot going on trying to find his brother's killer so he's hiding behind a merciless persona but a chance encounter with a runaway makes him realise he is slowly but definitely losing himself in the process.
I had a few laughs at his expence I got to say. It was just delightful to see him falling for Parker.
Parker had such a lovely personality even though her upbringing was far from ideal. I loved how she brought out the loving caring side of Shane - which of course was a total and shocking novelty for him too.
This story was very entertaining. Once I started, I couldn't put it down. I read it in one sitting.

There's so much more to Shane then what he lets anyone see, he's not some psycho club prez that gets his kicks by harming people, well that's kinda true but he's still a good man when it matters! He takes in a homeless kid that been injured and soon finds out there's more to this 'kid' then meets the eye. Parker is running from an abusive stepfather and an uncaring mother, so when Shane offers his home as a safe haven, Parker sticks around and forms an unlikely friendship with Shane. The killer is still on the loose, Shane is getting closer to finding him, Parker is learning to trust and the chemistry between Shane and Parker is off the charts!! Other favorite characters make appearances in the story and they bring steam, fun and angst to the story!!

Okay... where to start with this one...
Shane appears a bit crazy in the previous books. BUT, they do allude to him being a softie as well. An unknown. In this story, we find out what happened to make Shane the way he is today. He is trying to find the person who murdered his brother.
He is now the President of the MC he is in even though he has to pretend to be someone he really isn’t and he has to be around people he doesn’t like or trust.

Shane appears a bit crazy in the previous books. BUT, they do allude to him being a softie as well. An unknown. In this story, we find out what happened to make Shane the way he is today. He is trying to find the person who murdered his brother.
He is now the President of the MC he is in even though he has to pretend to be someone he really isn’t and he has to be around people he doesn’t like or trust.

I could not put this book down, I finished it in one setting and it left me wanting more. This book revolves around Shane and Parker. Shane is a president of an MC and Parker is a runaway, Shane felt a pull to Parker and together you see them start to heal each other. I really loved that the previous characters from the other books had storylines and the fact that there was a crossover with The Devil Riders series.

was only supposed to read a chapter because I had so much homework, but I just couldn't stop reading after I read the first chapter. Shane and Parker were two broken souls, but together they fit perfectly. Shane took Parker in, and they were helping each other heal. He was trying to resist what he felt for her but he couldn't. They both were healing each other while falling in love. This book was just great!! There is a HEA and is safe!
Joanna Blake, you knocked it out the part with his amazing book !!! I've been waiting for months for this books and the wait was completely worth it. Definitely one of my top books this year. I seriously can't wait for more of this amazing series.

Oh my goodness, I loved this book. It clicked every one of my boxes for a great book. In this book you have a smoking hot alpha with a hidden heart of gold, a strong yet vulnerable woman, secrets, twists, blistering hot chemistry,danger, betrayal and sweet revenge. A storyline that keeps you on the edge of your seat and reading as quickly as you can to see what happens next! A definite must read! I can not wait to read the next book from this fabulous author. I am voluntarily leaving my review after reading an advance reader copy. This whole series has been fantastic. Give it a try. You will not be disappointed!

Wow! I’m speechless. I could not put this book down until I read the very last word. I haven’t been reading but when I got my hands on this book I was excited and dove right in. I love Joanna’s words and I think every book she writes is amazing but this one, wow. Shane blew all her other guys out of the water. Hard Road was different and a whole new story line I’ve never read. I absolutely loved it!

I am missing a lot of it because when I requested this story originally I didn't know that it was the fourth in the series and I have to go back to make sure that I get the whole picture..But what I did get I was enthralled and rooting and feeling what this couple was going thru. It was an emotional book and two broken souls being the glue to get pieced back together..

2,5 stars. I liked it. The storyline was interesting and well developed but the scenes with the other couples through out the story felt anticlimatic maybe cause it was my first book from this author and series. Most of the time i don't prefer MC (motorcycle club) romances but this was an exception. I wanted a more sassy heroine and more emotional sexy times. All in all, i will read other books from this author.

This was a wonderful book! I was eagerly waiting for Shane's story and it did not disappoint! The romance was only part of the book. The addition of previous characters as well as the "killer" storyline made this a wild ride. I really enjoyed it!

Holy Shit Shane!
Shane is the perfect book boyfriend! He was amazing. I liked him, loves him, hated him. He was everything a guy should be! Him and Parker was amazingly beautiful development as lovers and characters. Such a beautiful story! I couldn't have asked for more in this book! Shane was everything!

Wow this book was amazingly written. Once I started I couldn’t put it down till I was finished. This book has twists and turns you don’t know what’s happening. will they all get there happily ever after or will it all go wrong. To find out what happens go buy the book. This emotional MC romance was surprisingly sweet and completely swoon worthy. I loved Shane and Parker! Shane was epic book boyfriend material and Parker was sweet and strong. This couple gave me all the feels as their entertaining story unfolded. I really liked how both these characters were a bit wounded and had their own baggage that they were carrying. The story held my interest well and I thought it offered a great blend of drama, suspense, danger, action, passion and romance. I loved this book and thought it was an excellent addition to this wonderful series. This is my freely posted, frank review.

I couldn't wait for Shane to get his book. The crazy unpredictable biker. He totally surprises you. I fell in love with him. Sorry boys but he's now my #1. My heart ached for him and for Parker. Parker's beautiful on the inside and out. Love how the girls welcome her. She's running from her past and trying to survive alone. He's tormented by his brother's death. These two lost and wounded souls find each other and bring trust, love and hope to each other. Love it!❤ Can't wait for the next one. Hoping it's Preacher.
