Helpful reference of how some of what it takes to succeed as an AirBnb host. Would have liked to have more specific examples of typical agreements with landlords when setting up a sublease.

Read this book pretty quickly.
As other reviews have said, it did not go deep enough for anyone to really benefit from. The book explained what Airbnb was and then touched lightly on various topics that weren’t helpful. This was a waste of $7. I regret buying this one.

A little repetitive but informative
Quick, easy read. I got a few good tips, although some topics felt like common sense. Would recommend reading this book, especially if you are not already involved in real estate.

I learned nothing from this, there was more fluff in this than any other book I've read in a long time, there were also odd grammatical errors that kind of make it seem like this maybe wasn't written by someone named "Andrew Smith"
