"Whether it’d be when one sits alone in their bedroom during a dark stormy night or is amongst a, suspiciously, lively group of friends midday, the mind will always find itself anchored through the act of remembrance. Although all memories may not be as pleasant, this collection explores the essence of nostalgia and its connection to the present time. It shows that despite how painful it is to reminisce or look back onto certain memories, these experiences hold much more than only suffering—they hold meaning. Through the tribulations of failure, hopelessness, and loss, this collection reveals how purpose and reason can be found even in the saddest of times for the prettiest of boys." Not a "Pretty Boi", but honestly loved reading it. I relate all too well with "To Whom It May Concern".
4-stars because of a little bit of flipping back and forth to get a full understanding of what I was reading, but that just made it 5-star worthy. How do you know if it is a good book unless it takes you on a journey that you have to look back at the "map" for to understand where you are going?...
