MY REVIEW
This is a hot and heavy BDSM novel and Dani sure ended this great series with a BANG!
Oliver is a well know and highly sort after Dom, his new submissive trainees are Chance and Cayleigh. Don’t be fooled by this raunchy outline though as the storyline has so much more depth than just an erotic novel. Cayleigh and Chance try to break through Vice’s thick walls and hard exterior to show him what he has missing from his life. Love.
Well written and engaging, Dani captured me into her sinful world with Vice.

Oliver Michaelson was content with his life. As a Master, he trained submissives and let them free to find their own way once they’re equipped with the necessary knowledge. He never thought he would ever want something deeper until he accepted two new trainees that threatened to break down his walls.
I liked the basic premise of this book and the dynamic of the relationship. However, I felt like everything was just on the surface. It’s hard to say if it’s the book itself or because I didn’t read any of the other books in this standalone series.
I felt like the feelings came about quite quickly. There were plenty of characters that I assumed appeared in previous books. I appreciated that the author provided a brief intro to who they were, but still the connections between the main characters and the side characters didn’t feel organic enough for me.
If you’re looking for something sexy, this book certainly delivered even though the kink was on the lighter side. There were plenty of sex scenes with various combos that could satisfy every need.
Vice is a story of breaking free from the past. It would appeal to readers looking for a quick sexy read.

Oliver Michaelson is a man known for his stern nature and his bisexual dominance. One to view relationships as entanglements, Oliver prefers to train submissives until the agreement ends. Though during a transitional time, his newest submissive seem to change the dynamic of how he views himself.
Chance Moore has admired Oliver from a distance for some time, and when the opportunity arises to be trained by the elusive sadist, he jumps at the opportunity. As part of the training agreement, Chance also gets to play with Cayleigh since Oliver is well aware of Chance’s switch tendencies.
Alternating between multiple character POVs, the story mainly focuses on Oliver and Chance, though Cayleigh has a role in breaking down barriers. Quickly, it becomes apparent that Chance is much more playful and his easy nature is he opposite of Oliver. While both had challenges to overcome, Oliver is less resistant of letting anyone inside. What occurs is erotically charged, but also tests the limits each character is willing to take on love.
In beginning this book, I was intrigued by the MM and MMF dynamic and those scenes are steamy hot. As for the remainder of the plot, it felt rushed without allowing for sufficient character development, especially the part when Oliver confronts his past. Overall, I was left wanting a bit more but liked how the ending remained true to the characters.
Vice is an erotic MM story that will appeal to those who like unconventional elements in relationships.

Perfect conclusion...
I can’t believe this is the last book in the series, I have loved indulging in this decadent and erotic world and this final story is a triumph.
Now it is Oliver’s moment in the spotlight as he leads his two novices: Cayleigh and Chance, into his dark world of desire, dominance and submission. Oliver is a fascinating character, uncompromising, controlled, distant and incapable of love. When Cayleigh and Chance first step into Seven Sins they bring with them heartache and darkness from their pasts; both are searching for something more and hoping to learn from Oliver, a Master of his craft. I love the portrayal of these two, and the journey they embark on together and separately over the course of this story.
It is always sad to say goodbye; but Vice says goodbye in consummate style, it’s a fabulous end to this five star series with an epilogue that draws everything together in a perfect conclusion...I received an advanced copy of this book from the author.

This is the seventh and final installment in the "Sins Of Seven" series. Can be read as a stand alone though there is interaction with character/couples from previous installments that might be lost on those who haven't read previous books in the series.
The core relationship dynamics of this story is m/m based though they admit to being bisexual which is why m/f, m/f/f/m, and m/f/m scenes are included in the story. The scenes themselves have significant heat which is why I'd suggest having an ice cold beverage or two available and/or suitable battery operated devices, which ever works. 😉 I want to add that the CNC (consensual non consensual) scene was pretty hot.
So as not to be misleading, the author includes a mystery element that provides varying degrees of angst the characters need to deal with before anyone can look at any sort of HEA/HFN ending.
My only issue was that the story was told in alternating POV chapters. For any potential reader I'd suggest noting the character listed at the beginning of each chapter. That will help knowing which mindset is being featured for that chapter. Until I really payed attention to that, I was confused at times.
An enjoyable read that wasn't as dark as many other books I have read. For a sadist, Oliver was tame imho. Still a sadist but one I would be happy to scene with myself.
Recommended for those who have read the series to date, this will give closure to the series but also provide a teaser for a spin off series which I'm sure Cayleigh will be a part of.

We really are loving this on going series.This current story revolving around Oliver and Chance and Cayleigh was and intense one.
I have to say that we were instantly were drawn to Oliver and the darkness and rage he carries around with him.I will say that Oliver is a volatile character who most of the time keeps himself in check but,once he loses control we can be one mighty scary individual.
We love stories that are dark and intense as keeps your interest from the onset of the story but, they are also heart wrenching and emotional and its character's filled with layers that need to be peeled back in order to penetrate their armor. My heart broke for these character's for all they have suffered and how they have chosen to deal with their pain.For Cayleigh and Chance and Oliver have dealt with their demons by living the bdsm lifestyle it's their coping mechanism for them all but, for Oliver its a good possibility it saved his life.Oliver is called the Master and he is a Dom and a Sadist who teaches and guides men and women to explore their sexuality and for them to find their right path in order to take care of their wants and needs.
Cayleigh and Chance have become Olivers students and for a month he will train them to be his subs.For me and this usual pairing is just what Oliver needed to shake up his controlled and lonely life up just a bit.Oliver has been doing the Dom Master Sadist things for a lot of years and never has one of his students been able to make him feel anything until these two come along.Chance is already half in love with Oliver who can either be a Switch or a Submissive and Cayleigh just needs to explore her sexual desires in order to own what she needs sexually to be happy but, also be able to move on from her past and although hers are not as dark as Oliver's or Chance's and her tragedies have not kept her being unable to love those around her and is open to loving someone again and being loved in return.For me I believe Oliver needed these two to move on from his past as their is never a doubt that he has come to care for them but,he realizes early on that a poly relationship between the three would never work as Cayleigh needs more than he could ever give her but, Chance just might be the little bright light in his very dark world. I think Cayleigh is the buffer that Oliver needed to be able to explore more with Chance as she gave Oliver these little pushes in the right direction only in a way Cayleigh slyness can achieve but also come from true affection. lol
We really loved all the character's and we enjoyed the way the author brought the series to an ending.The story effected us emotionally and are heart went out time and time again for these character's each and every time another secret came to light for truly the hell both Chance and Oliver had been living in.The author also did an amazing job at showing us how these men suffered and how much in common they had without even knowing it but, for Chance he had the loving support of his sister Peyton to help deal with his demons where Oliver had nobody making them into completely different men and their outlook on life.
Overall the story was engaging and heart felt and was highly erotic and had some really intense bdsm scenes but, those scenes lead to healing oneself,learning to be able move on from ones past and letting yourself feel again also be able to love again as well as letting yourself be loved in return and about exploring your sexuality and taking those needs and wants and desires into consideration as they are a big part of the picture of you achieving your own happily ever after .
An awesome series not to be missed!

We love stories that are dark and intense as keeps your interest from the onset of the story but, they are also heart wrenching and emotional and its character's filled with layers that need to be peeled back in order to penetrate their armor. My heart broke for these character's for all they have suffered and how they have chosen to deal with their pain.For Cayleigh and Chance and Oliver have dealt with their demons by living the bdsm lifestyle it's their coping mechanism for them all but, for Oliver its a good possibility it saved his life.Oliver is called the Master and he is a Dom and a Sadist who teaches and guides men and women to explore their sexuality and for them to find their right path in order to take care of their wants and needs.

I can’t believe this is the final book in this series, although they are able to read as standalone’s I’ve read them as they were released. Oliver and Chance have won my heart and it was a tough call because each of these characters bring something unique to each of their stories. There’s no repetition and the storylines flow smoothly in each. Oliver is a Dom and a sadist when it comes to his sexual experiences and even when he’s in scene we get to see a little deeper into the man from time to time. Chance knows what he wants and when he gets the opportunity to learn how to be a Switch his life will forever change. The scenes are panty melting and will have you breathing heavy as you can imagine yourself right there in the room with them. There are scenes that I haven’t yet experienced in a book and it opened my eyes to yet another door that is now open and have me thinking about them. The details provided are in the perfect placement and not overkilled where you’ll loose interest. We’re taken on an emotional ride that will leave you smiling with tears in your eyes as all is revealed in the end. There’s a warning in the beginning of each of these stories with what this book entails including the BDSM lifestyle so if you’re favorable of this genre then I highly recommend you click this book.

I have to say that I am so upset to see this series be over although I could not wait to read Oliver's story that it was rock and hard place kind of situation. When Dani releases a book, you have no idea what you are walking into. I have to say Vice is the same thing. Oliver has been in all the books, and we knew his needs and how he likes his bedroom play- to a point. But there is so much more to him than we ever knew. We not only get Oliver though we got Chance also. Such a sweet man is Chance. Chance is the total opposite of Oliver and is precisely what Oliver needs. Our princess to round out everyone is Cayleigh. She is a beautiful mix of sweet and sassy. She does keep these boys on their toes.
Again I hate to see this series end, but man it ended in such a wonderfully sweet and beautiful way. These books are going to be reread again and again.

I think Cayleigh is the buffer that Oliver needed to be able to explore more with Chance as she gave Oliver these little pushes in the right direction only in a way Cayleigh slyness can achieve but also come from true affection. lol
We really loved all the character's and we enjoyed the way the author brought the series to an ending.The story effected us emotionally and are heart went out time and time again for these character's each and every time another secret came to light for truly the hell both Chance and Oliver had been living in.The author also did an amazing job at showing us how these men suffered and how much in common they had without even knowing it but, for Chance he had the loving support of his sister Peyton to help deal with his demons where Oliver had nobody making them into completely different men and their outlook on life.
Overall the story was engaging and heart felt and was highly erotic and had some really intense bdsm scenes but, those scenes lead to healing oneself,learning to be able move on from ones past and letting yourself feel again also be able to love again as well as letting yourself be loved in return and about exploring your sexuality and taking those needs and wants and desires into consideration as they are a big part of the picture of you achieving your own happily ever after .

I have to say that we were instantly were drawn to Oliver and the darkness and rage he carries around with him.I will say that Oliver is a volatile character who most of the time keeps himself in check but,once he loses control we can be one mighty scary individual.
We love stories that are dark and intense as keeps your interest from the onset of the story but, they are also heart wrenching and emotional and its character's filled with layers that need to be peeled back in order to penetrate their armor. My heart broke for these character's for all they have suffered and how they have chosen to deal with their pain.For Cayleigh and Chance and Oliver have dealt with their demons by living the bdsm lifestyle it's their coping mechanism for them all but, for Oliver its a good possibility it saved his life.Oliver is called the Master and he is a Dom and a Sadist who teaches and guides men and women to explore their sexuality and for them to find their right path in order to take care of their wants and needs.

Omg I loved this book so much. I didn't want to finish it coz I didn't want to say goodbye to them. This is the final book in Sins of Seven series where all books can be read as a standalone and I highly recommend you read them. They are all hot and steamy as f*ck. And this one was no exception. Aaahhh god guys I am telling you, you better read it alone at home. At some scenes I was breathing so hard and all those hot waves were running all over my body I needed a minute to myself.
Oliver...OMG where should I start with him...he is so Dominant and I swear I wanted to be his sub. He trains submissive at his club and he believes that he can't love anyone. Vice was the perfect ending to the amazing Sins of Seven series. With each book the fantastic characters have held me spellbound yet Oliver was the one that kept me intrigued the most and I must say his story was well worth the wait.
Oliver has always been a character that is complex and had so many layers piled high that I couldn't wait to see what was underneath. Let me just say at the heart of him Oliver is everything I was expecting yet so much more. Training submissives is something Oliver has always excelled at but little did he realize how his two new submissives would shake up his world. Both Cayleigh and Chance took me by surprise and I enjoyed watching them discover just what they each needed. The push and pull between them all kept me riveted from beginning to end.
Just like with the previous books in this series the author played with my emotions and gave me a story that was captivatingly beautiful yet at the same time bittersweet. I'm sad to see this series come to an end but what a fantastic journey these unforgettable characters have taken me on. I can't wait to see what's to come next.

All good things must come to an end and what a way to end this fantastic series. This is Oliver's turn to take centre stage, what a fascinating complex character he is. At times the story is dark but you can't help but be drawn to. He's the dom that every submissive wants, he's cold aloof and controlled but when we get to know him we see just how vulnerable he is. When two submissive cross his path one will change his life completely. The big question is can Oliver let down his defences enough to let someone into his life?

I do have some books to go back and read since I discovered these books in the middle of the series. I am however highly recommending these book. This is the first book I’ve read in The Sins of Seven series and I think if I had read the rest I might have had a greater appreciation of the series. I liked the steamy BDSM scenes and the healing of the notorious Dominant Oliver. I thought this story was going to be more about a ménage relationship with interactions with some other subs. But it was more than that and quite different than I thought it was going to be. I enjoyed the book as it unfolded and the characters were definitely compelling. I’m curious about what the rest of the series involves.
I would definitely recommend this series to anyone that likes BDSM romances. It’s light enough If you like the Dom/sub dynamic and some kinky along with the sweet romantic relationships.

I loved both Cayleigh and Chance.

René took the BDSM genre to a whole new level with this one. It wasn’t your classic Dom finds sub, Dom falls for sub, Dom and sub live happily ever after. No. It was complex, there were multiple players, it was emotional and captivating.
This was more than just BDSM. This was a story about self-discovery and self-affirmation. It was about acknowledging what you want and standing up for what you want. It was about allowing yourself to be TRUE to yourself. To be YOU. And that was beautiful.
Not only does René captivate us with her beautiful theme and words, but this was some of the hottest stuff I’ve ever read from her. Umm, stuff that you tilt your kindle to make sure no one is reading over your shoulder cause you’re on a public bus. Yeah, THAT hot *smirk*

Vou ser MUITO sincera eu estava buscando um livro MMF ou MM p ler e pulei todos os 6 livros p cair direto no VICE.
Ñ briguem comigo eu vou me redimir lendo a serie inteira pq AMEI este livro os personagens e como a trama se desenrolou.
Vice é sobre um homem, Oliver que é bisexual ( A.D.O.R.O) e treina subs ( M ou F) em um dos clubs de sadomasoquismo da serie.
Lá ele conhece e escolhe Cayleigh e Chance para serem seus proximos "alunos".
Tudo gira em torno de como Oliver é bom no que Faz e como ele é carinhoso ( mesmo sendo masoquista) com seus alunos após as sessoes ...e lá no fundo dá vontade de encontrar um homem assim que equilibra tão bem entre dor e prazer...
A trama acontece o livro é curto então Tudo se desenrola com fluidez e ñ fica monótono.

This one was a bit of a struggle for me and I was so not anticipating that.
This book is part of a series and it says you can read it as a stand-alone but I'm not entirely convinced of that. I'm not sure who you see in the other books but this book definitely felt like I was playing catch-up with Chance and Oliver the whole time. Especially Chance, I felt like he was already in love with Oliver at the beginning of the book and I was left trying to figure out how and when it had happened and I never really figured that out. Additionally, Oliver had some reservations about being in a relationship which I'm fine with but the resolution of his misgivings was quick. I didn't feel like I had time to process the issues he had in the first place, let alone his coming to terms and moving past them.
This story was a weird mix of a quickie and a longer novel. I felt like there was too much going on for it to be a true quickie but there wasn't really enough development of the characters and their relationship, in this story alone, for it to be considered a longer novel imo. I think for full enjoyment of this story you probably need to read the others, though because I haven't I'm not entirely sure of that, just assuming from my experience with this story.

I am a Dani René fan due to her ability to write about most difficult and disturbing stories with expertise. Vice has everything I love about her books. This story is dark twisted passionate and and as deep as you can take.
This is a hardcore BDSM romance with predominantly MM with some MMF interactions. The MMF bond was necessary to bring Oliver and Chance together. Oliver is a much loved character from previous books in the series. And seriously I am so intrigued by the character. He is the dominant every submissive craves. He is cold, calculated and controlled. He is so aloof. His heart is under lock and key. But Chance is breaking his defenses down. He did what his instinct told him even if it was a big mistake. He pushed away Chance. Will he realise his true feelings? Would Chance be able to forget and forgive? And above all, what made Oliver like this?
I don't know which character I love most. Ruthless yet extremely protective dominant alpha Oliver. Sweet and soft Oliver. The beautifully broken and vulnerable Oliver. My heart is breaking for this damaged but perfect man. Life was so unfair to him but he has survived. Chance is his soulmate. He is the right combination of compassion, devotion and hardness that Oliver needs. I envy Cayleigh a bit. This sexy and sweet woman brought both the men to their knees. This is not a fairy tale. This is a raw and honest love story despised and reject by society. But who cares when two wounded souls find peace and solace in each other?

This is a hardcore BDSM romance with predominantly MM with some MMF interactions. The MMF bond was necessary to bring Oliver and Chance together. Oliver is a much loved character from previous books in the series. And seriously I am so intrigued by the character. He is the dominant every submissive craves. He is cold, calculated and controlled. He is so aloof. His heart is under lock and key. But Chance is breaking his defenses down. He did what his instinct told him even if it was a big mistake. He pushed away Chance. Will he realise his true feelings? Would Chance be able to forget and forgive? And above all, what made Oliver like this?
I don't know which character I love most. Ruthless yet extremely protective dominant alpha Oliver. Sweet and soft Oliver. The beautifully broken and vulnerable Oliver. My heart is breaking for this damaged but perfect man. Life was so unfair to him but he has survived. Chance is his soulmate. He is the right combination of compassion, devotion and hardness that Oliver needs. I envy Cayleigh a bit. This sexy and sweet woman brought both the men to their knees. This is not a fairy tale. Here it is – VICE, Oliver’s story – finally. Ohh, how I’ve waited for this one. But it also sadly marks the end of this awesome and extremely decadent series by Dani René. And what an end this one brings! Whew! It was everything I hoped for and more. Gave answers to every asked and not yet asked question and then some. This one is easily my favorite in the whole series.

Dani René is very creative when it comes to their scenes, having me experience some I haven’t yet read about. It’s exciting, thrilling and gloriously filthy if BDSM romance is your thing. I loved it!
Now it’s time to say goodbye, but on the other hand I’m excited to find out more about what she will bring us next.

Wow! What a great ending to this amazing series! Reading Vice was bittersweet for me. I was so excited as always to read the next Sins of Seven book but at the same time I was sad because the series is ending. What can I say I love and will miss my sin men. Dani Rene did not disappoint. Once I started reading I couldn't put it down. I was sucked in from the very beginning to the very end.
Oliver captured my attention in the first book and I couldn't wait for his story. He's a complicated sexy Dominant Sadist who loves inflicting pain and pleasure on his submissives. He doesn't do love or relationships so he says. When Oliver takes on training Chase and Cayleigh walls start cracking and falling little by little then soon emotions come out. Vice is sexy, intense and it will have you guessing and begging for more. I highly recommend reading Vice and the rest of the Sins of Secen series. Each of these men are unique and somewhat troubled but you can't help but fall in love with them. The author does an outstanding job with all these characters. Each of these books are fabulous and she seems to make each book better than the last.

I entire series is exquisite and I am sad to read the last of the "Seven Sins" series.
There are discoveries made in the 3 than 2 main characters. Secrets are poured out and realizations discovered.
Oliver is an a--hole but there is a method to his madness. He is the ultimate dominant, his staff of women are there at his beck and call (towards the end of the book you find out why). Cayleigh wants Oliver to train her and he agrees. Also Chance, who has eyes for Oliver for awhile, gets in on the action. So they sign a contract to be trained. Oliver has feelings that he doesn't know how to deal with. He has been closed off to any feelings especially love. Cayleigh leaves to find her own way. Chance still wants Oliver but Oliver is closed off even thought he starts to have feelings he doesn't know how to deal with. Oliver's past haunts him and made him what he is today. And it does come back to haunt him. Will Oliver conquer his demons and put them to rest and will he open himself up to love? Will Chance be able to break down his defensed? Love this book and couldn't put it down once started.

Alas all good things must come to an end. This series has been a rollercoaster of ups and downs for each couple involved. And Vice is no different.
What starts out as a temporary arrangement soon becomes so much more than Oliver ever thought possible. Everyone has a past, some put it behind them and move on, others like Oliver Michaelson have it constantly in the back of their mind never to be forgotten. His made him the man he is today, a closed book that no-one gets to read. That is until Chance Moore gets under his skin and into his heart that he never thought could love anyone.
Oliver can't go forward and give Chance what he wants, what they both want really, until he goes back and deals with were it all started to go wrong.
The chemistry and sexual tension between these 2 hunks was way off the charts from the very beginning and continues on until the very last page. This fast paced story will leave you believing that everyone deserves to be loved and there really is someone for everyone.

Welcome to the club Seven Sins, a place where you can satisfy all your fantasies and needs.
Everything good comes to and end and with this book comes the end of this series, and couldn’t be better and with the best protagonist, Oliver Michaelson.
During all the books he has had small appearances where we have been able to see him giving advice to his friends, participating in scenes as a Dom, in a wonderful threesome(one of my favorites scenes with Eli and Gia), in his role as vigilante taking the justice with his hand... but it is now, in this book,where we can know him more thoroughly.

Oliver is a cold man, who has to have control, and won't make a commitment to anyone, because he won't let anyone past his walls. It's been working for him for his whole adult life until his newest subs that he's been training come into his life. Cayleigh & Chance throw his world into chaos, and all of a sudden, that wall is starting to show some cracks. Vice is definitely an interesting read, as there are some tough topics dealt with throughout. There's also some serious HOT HOT HOT scenes in it, like I'm talking about lighting things on fire HOT scenes. You have been warned. But there's also the power of love beating darkness, which was my favorite part, and no, I won't say who or how. That part you will have to find out by yourselves by reading Vice. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL!

Oliver has been a bit of a sexy mystery from the start of the series, popping up in every book and tempting readers with his dominance and style.
VICE has a few male-female interactions as well as m/m/f but the key relationship in the book is most definitely M/M. I don't usually read a lot of M/M romance but this was written beautifully and the blossoming relationship between Chance and Oliver, combined with their respective pasts, is outstanding.
If you're a fan of M/M and M/M/F along with BDSM, sadism and a couple of dark twists, Vice is definitely the book for you.
