Saving Sarah is the second book in the series and pretty much leaves off where book one ended. Sarah is a successful real estate agent enjoying playing Bets with her best girl friends but lately hasn't felt as into it as before. She's restless and unsure of the game anymore. One evening out with her girls for Bets lands her in the arms of the sweet and sexy Gavin. In the same night at the same bar she spots her ex Devon. It's a night that changes her life and theirs.
I love what the game Bets rings out in the women - confidence, owning their sexuality, and truly enjoying themselves however on the flip side is they (Evelyn and Sarah) are hiding their pain in the game. Sarah has a painful past just as Evelyn has.
This book is a fast read, enjoyable and suspenseful at times thanks to a stalker after Sarah. Love the ending! Can't wait to read the other ladies' books.

Saving Sarah - Blissful Bets bk 2 follows on from Engaging Evelyn (I would personally recommend that this series be read in order). The women, with the exception of Evelyn, have delved back into the game of bets. With a heart breaking past Sarah is finding that as time goes by she is becoming so much more independent. Who’s needs a relationship when a man for a one night stand is available at the drop of a hat.
Not everything is smooth sailing for Sarah despite meeting a gorgeous Gavin, a man who starts to make her think more with her heart than her head. But to her amazement her ex, Devon mysteriously shows up with the full intent of picking up from when they abruptly separated.
Throw in a stalker and a few more surprises and that’s when her life becomes messy.
We are also introduced to a couple of important characters and I’m hoping that they appear in the next book.

Phenomenal story.

Devon left Sarah years ago without a word. Sarah has tried to put the heartbreak behind her and move on by playing Bets with her friends. One of her bets is stalking her and she thinks if she finds a new one it will stop.
Gavin is her new bet and she is pulled to him, but what happens when her past collides with the present and she is attracted Gavin and her lost love Devin? Who will she choose? Can she forget the heartbreak Devin caused and be with him?

This is a phenomenal story that keeps you on the edge of your seat and the ending is fantastic.
