A series of short stories, legends and tales about the Maritime provinces. Most were incredibly enjoyable and relevant to me as I recognized landmarks, histories and place names. Despite the occasional example of dated terminology or ways of thinking (it was published 40 years ago), this is still a good read for anyone looking to learn about the old tales told on the East Coast.
