Various is the correct author for any book with multiple unknown authors, and is acceptable for books with multiple known authors, especially if not all are known or the list is very long (over 50).

This is a great compilation of topics, verses and quotes guaranteed to hit you just when you need it most. There were some days of reading where I learned something and there were days when I felt something and there were days of both. It is a great, quick, daily devotional. Anyone of faith knows that we should be spending time daily in God's Word but how often do we say "I don't have time to read the scriptures, I don't have time study the Bible, I don't have to pray like I should?" I know I have said those things many times but it is important that we do set time to make God first, to grow in our faith and understanding, this is a great start for that and great for starting the habit of a daily devotional with God.

This was a great spiritual book to read everyday. Each day had a specific word and message such as encouragement, enthusiasm, faith, and God’s promises. There would be a short reading about the word of the day, quotes from people, and then scripture passages. A timely tip put everything in perspective and suggested what you can do in your life. A great way to start the day!

Multiple biblical resources are used. I prefer one. I spent time looking up scriptures. I want the scripture to teach me. I don't want the scripture to back your words.
