Probably around 3.5 stars. I've enjoyed it but was rather disturbed by Haru's overly intimate ways with Ren. He's clearly taking advantage of Ren's innocence. How can you have erotic tongue duel with your own teenage brother? Especially so when you are a full grown adult? I think Haru is about to get grilled by his scary mom in the next book.

Aufmachung

Der Zeichenstil ist recht düster, detailreich aber dennoch relativ weich und passt damit perfekt zum Inhalt. Anfangs hatte ich so meine Schwierigkeiten in die Geschichte hineinzukommen, da es recht verwirrend war. Aber als ich dann einmal den Überblick hatte, war ich mega angefixt.
Ansonsten ist der Erzählstil toll, es gibt viel Text und man bekommt einiges an Input.


Protagonisten

Haru sorgt sich schon immer sehr um seine Brüder, denn Familie bedeutet alles für ihn. Zudem ist er sehr verantwortungsbewusst, sauber und ein guter Koch.

Ren hingegen ist ein echter Wildfang, stur und alles andere als umgänglich. Es lässt vermuten, dass dies auf seine Vergangenheit zurückzuführen ist, an die er sich jedoch nicht erinnert.

Fazit

Noch immer geht die Story langsam voran. Dennoch gibt es Andeutungen oder Kurzschlussreaktionen, die verdeutlichen, dass da Stück für Stück etwas voranschreitet.

Da mit die Charaktere und der Slice of Life Charaktere gut gefallen, stört mich das ehrlich gesagt nicht besonders.

Even though the story is very dynamic, it still makes me question myself my moral and ethic xD. Yet I very much enjoy it a lot, and seems to be treating Ren as an adult. It is true maturity has nothing to do with age, but the context is very .... odd I would say. Yet i love how the characters are developing little by little... to be jonest if its about anime, even with sakura card capture we saw the same themes ... it is all a fiction and part of fantasies, whether is right or not will be very subjective. Yet Ren as a teenage shows a lot of maturity and selfexploration which I like a lot, maybe he does it with someone older but, at this point even his classmates had have sexual relationships. So it's not that taboo for a fantasy. Ren turns 17 by the last episode and Haru 24... is not much of a difference. But yet it's my opinion.

Mi piace come in questo volume ci sono dei ma importanti miglioramenti nel rapporto tra Haru e Ren, in particolare ho molto apprezzato come sia ben carattterizzato il personaggio di Ren, un ragazzo che è cresciuto non vivendo le normali esperienze che un ragazzo della sua età ha fatto e provato, e le scopre solo grazie ad Haru. Mi piacciono davvero tanto e ho molta curiosità di vedere come si evolverà il loro rapporto e spero che anche gli altri due fratelli Kaido abbiano maggiore spazio, che qui ne hanno un po' e sono rimasta contenta di ciò e spero che ne abbiano ancora di più.

Ich muss ehrlich sagen.......der Manga ist etwas arg komisch für mich und ich würde jetzt nicht dazu ansetzen ihn zu empfehlen. Ich hoffe es bessert sich mit dem nächsten Band aber hoffnungen habe ich da tatsächlich nicht. Das liegt nicht an der Zeichnung die finde ich gut und auch lesen lässt es sich gut aber ich komme auf die entwicklung der Beziehung von Haru und Ren nicht so klar muss ich ehrlich sagen.

It seems Haru & Ren still don't know they have mutual feelings...and duh, Haru... Can't you just tell Ren that you love him as a man... I'm fully understand that you keep treating him like a child so that you could control your desire, hihi... You want to put a fine line, but how can you planted kiss marks and deep kisses to him? such hypocrite person we have here...lol...

Thank goodness I read Komatta Toki ni wa Hoshi ni Kike first before this one. Abe Miyuki gave us so many fan services here... ;p Thanks Sensei! :D

Ch. 7- 9. 3.5 Haru apologizes for his previous actions and worries Ren will leave. A lot more inappropriate behavior between Haru and Ren, deep kisses and hickys. Haru doesn't seem to worry about this and the twins let it slide too. Everyone accepts their strange relationship because they were raised in Canada. The last chapter just slides straight to smut. Haru teaches Ren about masturbation, this would have been fine if he didn't help Ren masturbate. Then there is a dry humping session, that Haru doesn't angst over either. Haru's lack of worry about his developing sexual relationship with his underaged, adopted brother, bothers me.
