just had a quick read through of this planner n recipes and motivational sayings. it's a 26 weeks( 6 months) food diary with a page per day, allowing to record breakfast lunch dinner snacks, treats n water with a weekly page for goals / weight etc with recipes and motivational sayings pages then dividing up the weeks.
recipes seem nice, pics are available online, recipes are varied, there's meal ideas, snacks, desserts n a drink so over all I'm pleased with my purchase as before I was filling up my day diary with my food record n will be nice to use this n see progress overtime.
I've rated it 3 stars for now till I have used it for a week or 2 and tried some of the recipes out, will update then :)
