Recipes taste great!

I made the peanut butter cup cookies and they actually tasted great. Some of the recipes sound complicated but don't let it deter you. They are actually easier than you think. I am on a specific high protein low fat lifestyle so this particular diet isn't for me but the cookies were an amazing treat without all the quilt.

This is the same book as the one titled The Big Book of Keto Diet for Beginners 2018 by Jamie Stewart.

None of the recipes are original and can be found either online or in other keto cookbooks.

Don't waste your money.
