This is exactly what it says, a summary of The Body Keeps The Score. At that level it works. However, it appears it was written by a person whose first language is not English. Or perhaps the proofreader was having a bad day. This was off putting to me. Just put out the money and buy the original book like I did.

What an interesting book this was! Chock full of informative studies and observations, this book leaves me grateful that this doctor's life's work is with victims of trauma. It's a long listen - somewhere around 16 hours - but the stories aha case studies keeps the momentum high.
