The room starts to spin a little as I drink in what this man has just said to me. My first reaction was to discount everything he just said, but this is not the countenance of someone who is in jest, he was polite enough, but very down to business in his approach, he had that no nonsense don’t waste my time kind of vibe to him. He fully believes what he is telling me, and it is hard to ignore the fact he is a cop, not just a cop, but a detective, someone who investigates things of this very nature. I was beginning to feel exposed and vulnerable, something I am not using to feeling. I have been so focused on being trapped and held against my will that it had not hit me why I was here at all.

Mystery regarding Taylor and who is attempting to poison her but then her best friend Mona tries to shoot Ty. So things are getting trickier. The plot keeps thickening as our self-made detective Ty investigates using his intuition and instincts to guide him. Knowing that if he ignores his instincts, there will be dire consequences. Calling in reinforcements, Ty utilizes his friend Kaylee to assist in solving this riddle. By the way, I am totally in love with Kaylee’s character. I imagine Kate Beckinsale’s character from Underworld. Quiet, badaxx, observant, intuitive and extremely smart. So as Ty and Kaylee attempt to find the suspects, things escalate some for Taylor, Christie and Mona. The results are shocking and intense. Someone dies and there is a mild cliffhanger.
When Taylor wakes up in the hospital alone after she goes through an emotional moment in her life she’s more confused and angry she realizes that she’s in trouble. There are so many twists and turns. I can’t wait to see what’s next
Wow! Totally loved book #2 of Lost, it was an engaging, unexpected thriller of a read from start to finish. We have the mystery of Taylor's poisoning, introduction of a new character, gun fire, and explosions, a definite edge of your seat thrill ride. Lots of twists and turns around every corner, multiple suspects and as the plot thickens it will leave you guessing. A definite 5 🌟read and one I highly recommend.

Again, DarkAngel has managed to keep me on the edge of my seat with this continuation of Taylor and Ty's story. The evidence is mounting and it is not looking good for our man Ty. Is everything as it seems? Or is there something else going on? More twists and turns continue in this book to the point you may think your mind is playing tricks on you. Just when you think you have it figured out...you really don't. I recommend this read as well, just for the sheer brilliance of it!
Man just when you think things cannot get any crazier.....They do! This is a fantastic installment of the Lost Series and Dark Angel does not disappoint. Corruption, betrayal, and maybe revenge....the motive is unclear. Fantastic read and job well done DA! Now give us part 3 😉

The mystery and suspense builds in this second installment of the Lost series. As outside threats begin to escalate, you will be second guessing who could have orchestrated the attempt on Taylor’s life. This story had me yelling at the characters and wanting to toss my iPad. I can’t wait to see how it ends.
Time for part 2! This one is still keeping me guessing. Just when I thought I had it figured out..BOOM! Nope! Guess again. I absolutely love that I haven’t figured it out yet. It’s such a refreshing change. Time for part 3. One more chance to figure it out. The last author to stump me this badly was Agatha Christie.
Ty’s captivating demeanor and quick wit will have readers, myself included of course, clamoring for more on this edge of your seat thriller. Darkangel please hurry with the next installment because I’ve developed a serious craving for these.
"Lost", Book 2, has the mystery of Taylor's poisoning deepening. The story has many twists and turns which now includes attempted murder and murder. As the plot deepens, you will find yourself engrossed with the story and the characters. Hopefully Book 3 is not far behind.
