This purports to be a guide to a 21 day sugar detox guide, but it falls very far short of that. The menus are very vague ("have yourself some nuts" is the listing for a snack, no quantities given). The recipes are OK, but hardly inspiring. The worst problem though, is the writing, I don't know anything about the author, but the text reads as if English is his second language, with misuse of vocabulary, sentence structure that makes no sense, and lots of typos. Luckily I borrowed this through Kindle Unlimited, so at least I don't have to feel bad that I spent money on it.

This is a basic guide. the recipes are your basic low carb style recipes without nutritional information. The twenty-one day diet plan is a tad too casual if you are looking for structure and direction, i.e. "have yourself some berries", "take some nuts" None of the information is new, primarily an outline of readily available facts. not bad but scores low on motivation. The recipes are uncomplicated and use readily available ingredients. It is okay.
