This book was very gimmicky to me. She alluded to a lot of the “best practices” by constantly promoting the “PT Website Secrets System” that you have to buy a membership to. Aka, first you buy my book, then i give you tid bits without actually giving you the tools / processes needed and then you have to buy my online course, then you have to pay for a monthly coaching call, etc etc. There were very few tangibles or call to actions for you to actually use to pivot your clinic’s business.
