Relatable book filled with humor and insight

After college and before launching my aviation career, I spent four years waiting tables. The whole time, I was secretly hoping for my big break as a writer. I was surprised to discover that i actually enjoyed the restaurant industry, for reason quite similar to the ones described in detail throughout this book. I found myself chuckling at the anecdotes embedded in Really?! So many of these stories were eerily relatable and reminiscent of my own experience at various restaurants. At times, I got a bit choked up by some especially poignant tales/memories. As a reader and a writer, I’m a huge fan of happy endings. Gary Wrenn’s book contains just the right amount of optimism and gratitude to flawlessly achieve this. I’d highly recommend this book to anyone who has ever worked, or is currently working, in any form of customer service.
