Side Effects Of Loving You: A Matin Novel
Drew has loved Aamil since the moment she was forced to live with him because of her reckless decisions. They started a forbidden love affair that was frowned upon and as a result of that, new life was created. Flash forward two years and things have changed. Her biggest one being Kadar. Kadar is anxious to build a relationship with his brothers while also being with Drew. Only Drew leaves him the minute Aamil is released and Kadar is forced to pick up the pieces while still actively seeing Olivia. The result of loving the people that has their hearts have them fighting hard to hold onto the love that they don't want to let go. Drew wants nothing more than to be with Aamil, but can he forgive her for doing the unthinkable? Kadar struggles to be with Olivia. His mind is telling him to be with her, but his heart is conflicted. Will Drew get Aamil and the perfect family that she feels she deserves, or will he choose to be with someone that he feels has always been down for him? Will Kadar get it together in time to be with Olivia or will his indecisiveness push her away? In part one, you will be taken on an emotional journey as you read just how hard it can sometimes be loving a person.

It was as if the Matin's couldn't catch a break. Aamil was acting like a whole bitch and I was glad Drew didn't fall into his trap. Although she was wrong for how she handled everything, it stil didn't give Aamil the right to treat her the way he did. Raynard was definitely crazy and hopefully Olivia is good. Mina was one bitter chick that failed to realize just because she took the fall didn't mean she was entitled to anything more with Aamil. I was surprised about Kadar and his feelings but it was good he was able to get back on the right track with Aamil. I know the craziness is about to really go overboard with that ending. The side effects of Drew loving Aamil weren't all good and hopefully they're both able to make it out of their situation.

Whew!!!! One thing I said for sure was true… this series gets BETTER AND BETTER WITH EACH BOOK!!!! This one one here… if you don’t know now you know…

I love the Matin Men!!!!
Baby Aamil came home on a mission. I love him and Drew together but I hate he did all that crazy crap with Mina. Hope he gets outta this mess. I hope Drew be OK. Can't wait to see what happens next.

Great book
I love this whole family this book looks good from start to end but you need to read the other series first I kind of started out of order but then I went back and went to the order and it's the whole series is just great I love Drew

Ohh! This is the first Matin novel I read. I’ll have to read the second part to this then start from the beginning. This family is a mess!! A good mess I hope they don’t kill Drew.

A good story, still some issues
The Matin family isn't as invincible as they think. As the story progresses, it's getting more engrained into the streetwise activities with the families. I'm not sure about Drew and Amaila, or Kadar and Olivia being couples. Something is missing in this story. Hopefully we'll get answers.
