A great read for folks who want to enter the e-commerce space and start measuring the data-sets right away for making an impactful customer driven approach. The amount of details shared around each KPI, is a plus. And the way the last chapter has a summary cheat sheet for all of it, is a way to get the best out of every book that you read.
