Book 2 in this series picks up after that flaming brilliant cliffhanger in Book 1. With Eve trying to find a way to help her dying mum and thinking that only her father can help her. So that means a trip to faerie. Except things dont work the way she'd hope. She's also still trying to work out her marks (her guys). As with Book 1 this one is also full of naughty and kinky sexual scenarios and buy are they hot! I loved it as much as the first one so bring on Book 3

Book one ended in a cliffhanger and this book follows Eve as she comes to terms with bring a halfing and the emotions and fallout from the men who have introduced her to a new life.
This is a very steamy book and we learn a lot about the motives of all the characters.
I am in love with the world that Mercedes Jade has created and am once again left with an urge to more.
Don't miss this read.

“There was probably a sad love song out there with a line like that, classic country genre, where political correctness and feminism hadn’t meshed to ruin everything about a lover wanting to call his girl Baby. Not, Baby Girl, which hip hop somehow made acceptable despite being more diminutive, although they also called their lovers ‘Hoes’ and got away with it.”

I didn’t find the first book particularly entertaining, but I picked up the second book in hopes that things would pick up now that the scene was set. Somehow this sequel manages to be even more boring and confusing than the first. MC goes to the fae world with her brothers for some stupid reason, and from there on it’s just them traveling with the other guys and having the MC fucks around. MC is too stupid to live, and all the guys are jerks that are barely distinguishable from each other. That’s it, nothing gets accomplished. If this book was written as erotica it probably would have been a lot better.
There’s also a weird incesty, “too young” undercurrent between the twins and the twins + MC which I found gross.
Ew.

Heart burning, teeth grindingly good
I've already had one root canal from clenching and cracking a tooth. I'm well on my way to another. This series, and this book, had me in it's grip from start to finish. Frustrated, elated, angry, horny, or all of the above. I've fallen with these characters and I can't get up. Now comes the waiting. It's good and bad, I have time to digest all I've learned in this installment but now I'll be waiting on pins for the next. Just so you know, I believe in the magic of cafe sua da, as well. This book is fast, hot and enlightening but still so damn vague! I love it and I love these frustrating characters you've created! I'll definitely be reading the next, you are good lady, you are good!

Funny and Sexy Romp through Faerie
Book 2 picks up some time after the events of book 1. Eve is still hurt and confused by her marks but she's determined to find a cure for her mother's Huntingtons without their help. She's practiced her archery and worked with her magic and now she's headed back into the dangerous world of Faerie to find her father.
Falling Into Faerie After has lots of dark sexy times, action, and more background on the Fae. Eve is still sassy and funny. Would definitely recommend.

I seriously couldn't put this book down, I just had to know what was happening next! After the first book I was left with soooo many questions and this book has started to answer them and left me with more at the finish! I guess that's the whole point though? I love the world building and how the characters are being revealed over time and that we learn at the same time as Eve. Just hold on tight for that ending Can't for the next one....

I continue to like this storyline a lot, but the writing is still bothering me. Some scenes are far too long and drawn out, and some of the sex scenes, although good and steamy, don’t feel natural. They seem very forced and don’t come at the right times? They’re more an interruption to the story than an addition to it in my opinion. I will be continuing the series and I do recommend.

More please!!
This book literally took you to another realm. I really enjoyed the details that Mercedes wove into the realm of Faery. The Fae are so sneaky and tricky to deal with and I felt like I was right there with Eve trying to sort it all out and muddle our way through. I loved learning more about each of Eve's Marks and started to fall in love with them. The twins are just *heart eyes* too. I love them!! Can't wait for the next book!!

What!?!
How is it possible to go a whole book an the MC not learn anything about what is going on around her. It's like a hamster on a wheel. So frustrating. I feel for Evie. She goes out to seek answers and gets thwarted by bossy men at every turn. Her poor sex-starved body turns mutinous when her Marks are around and she has no idea why because they won't explain anything to her. I hope knowledge is more forthcoming in the next book.

Loved it! I can’t wait for the next book in the series!!!
I wasn’t sure how much better it could get, since book one was amazing but my heart is absolutely racing after reading this book that’s how much I loved it. I can’t wait for the next book & I’m putting it on my watchlist! Faerie is awesome!

Entertaining
I really enjoyed this book. It wasn't perfect since I was confused several times between character actions and motivations however I was disappointed when the book ended. I do really enjoy this author's creativity. Her stories always contain something outside of the normal tropes. I am definitely looking forward to book 3.

Lots of Heat
The second book in the series really turns up the heat. She is determined to discover the truth for herself and it leads her on a dangerous adventure. Her attraction to the men in her life intensify and the claims they have on one another can’t be denied. The ending is very surprising and is quite a cliffhanger.

Crazy ride
This book is just wow. I'm kind of really falling for the guys, in a very weird way lol. The relationships are very well-done. And I love how unique each of the guys are. That mini-cliffhanger at the end was definitely shocking, especially since I wasn't expecting the character that we saw...but it was a good shock for sure!

I absolutely LOVED the book!!! The cliffhanger though...why do you have to do me dirty like that (I secretly love it 😉). I can’t wait to find out more about Eve and her Marks. I can’t even say who Is my favorite, but they again WHY CHOOSE!! Mercedes Jade you have a new fan girl!!!!

Fae-tastic
I really am enjoying this story. This book had way more sexy times than the first but the story is still engaging. We learned more about Faerie and the Fae but there are still many questions to be answered. I can't wait to read the next book!

I enjoyed this storyline, the ending felt rushed and there were some plot holes I thought would be answered in the 3rd book. I’m, also, not a huge fan of some of her choices and the fact that the FMC spent 90% of the book mad at the guys for the reason she was then was like “ ok, I forgive you, let’s f***” 🙄 when they showed back up.

Her brothers are great but def not strong enough to fight an army.
I def came to love Kheelan in this book. He showed a different not so jerky side of him. Also he is very sexy lol
