Set your mind (heart) on the things that are above....

In an encouraging and convesational tone, the reality and availability of the "undefeated life" is presented. This is not a life without difficulty or challenge, but one where defeat is denied a foothold. Not the Stoic "the obstacle is the way," the the very real and tangible truth that God works every circumstance to cause you to thrive, and this book presents some eminently practical habits of "mind renewing" that facilitate an experiential grasp of this truth in one's own life.

We have a choice!

We need to control our minds. If we love and want to follow the Lord then we need to let Him grow us in our thinking and spiritual walk. This book gives us hope in dealing with our negative thoughts and negative actions.
