[The Mysterious Reader]

I adore Ciaran and Madeline, the frequent stars of novels set in D.N. Leo’s fabulous “Multiverse”. Of course, the problem with them is that they’ve become all too powerful by this point. Nonetheless, they’re faves so I’ve wanted them back in starring roles. Luckily for me D.N. Leo wanted the same thing, and talented author like this can always achieve what she sets out to do. Read the publisher’s blurb. It’s well done, gives you all you need and doesn’t spoil anything. “What could possibly go wrong?” Indeed. Luckily what’s “gone wrong” here in Totem of Aries: The Multiverse Collection (Circle of Fate Book 8) sets up for yet another fabulously fun story. It really doesn’t get better for addicts of this series. For newcomers, you can actually read this one standalone but trust me that you’ll find yourself equally addicted to the Multiverse. But for the fact that I’m literally dictating this review to my husband from my hospital bed I could go on and on with praises. The book definitely deserves it. Since I can’t do that I will simply note that the book is most definitely one to read, and it is easy to highly recommend.

Totem of Aries: Multiverse Collection is book 8 in the Circle of Fate Series but it can be read as a standalone. However, when you finish you will be heading back to pick up the first seven to be able to fully enjoy the storyline as well as gather information about the wonderful characters in this series. The MCs have appeared at times in the preceding books. I am extremely happy they got a book of their own. D.N. Leo has created a fabulous world with marvelous characters. Madeline (MFC) finds she must travel back in time if she is to save Ciaran (MMC), her husband. Their friend Alex, a vampire, goes back in time with them to help battle a variety of paranormals and complete their mission. This is a real page turner set in a phenomenally built world that draws you in and has you experiencing the story with Madeline, Ciaran and Alex. Loved everything about this book and it is one I highly recommend. Received a copy from Booksprout and this is my voluntary and honest review.

It's a good story, but a wee bit confusing to me. As usual, Madeline and Ciaran have a mess on their hands. Alex, Jo, and Tadgh spring into action to assist. Beyond that, it blends and folds like the tales of LSD flashbacks I've vaguely heard about. Several additional characters pop up throughout. Most are untrustworthy and yet Madeline and Ciaran seem to accept many things that, under what I view as their normal circumstances, they would question. The end seems to bring things to a semblance of conclusion, but I still felt some issues were not properly resolved. Perhaps those issues will show up in other stories.

Action-packed. Easy-to-read. Entertaining. Haunting. Romantic. Scary. Tragic. Twisted. Unpredictable. Wonderful characters.

Another great about Ciaran, Maddie and Alex the Vampire King as a secondary character.
My wait was over having a new book and a new series just tickles my heart pink. Loving the two main characters I am not disappointed in this book.

The author has done another great job keeping these characters fresh and exciting. I will have to own up to the fact that I got a little confused in some of the chapters. This switching back and forth between the present, past, and the future took a little toll on this reader but I persevered.

I love D.N. Leo’s Multiverse collections and this is an absolutely fantastic addition to the Circle of Fate series, even though I hadn’t read the other books in this series this story was easy to understand so it can be read as a standalone which is a good thing. Sorry guys I’m not going to give any spoilers so read D.N. Leo’s blurb and that will give you the gist to this story, there’s action, adventure, danger, time travel, mystery, passion and so much more to keep you entertained and turning the pages. This is a fantastic story and I highly recommend this book it’s definitely well worth the read.

I find the multiverse at times can be a bit confusing but only because we do so much past, present type of move. However, the characters are extremely well developed as they should be. We get to go into the world and with the flow of the story we can just picture it all. We find our lovely couple having to face challenges that will test them to the end. The story is well written and definitely worth reading.

Always a page turner with these Multiverse Books, this one is no different, well-written, paranormal characters, time travel, multiple worlds, differentiating traits and developed main characters. This book is part of the Circle of Fate set and can be read as standalone. The world-building is phenomenal and draws the reader into the stories and gives them the opportunity to know these characters. The book is engaging, entertaining and a fine addition to the overall series. I loved it.

Exciting, complex time travel adventure
Madeline thinks she can just dash back in time from the future to fix a little glitch in the past. But as it turns out, it is becomes much more complicated and it seems the mission didn’t work out quite as planned. This is a well done time travel adventure story that is a stand alone, but it does tie into other books. I love the complex adventure this turned out to be, you find out more details about the history of Ciaran and other characters. Ciaran has a difficult time accepting the idea of paranormals since he is more of a Scientist Philosopher, Madeline is a mind tracker and together with their good friend, the vampire Alex, they have to battle a variety of paranormals and complete their mission. There is so much going on, much more is at stake than they originally thought, which keeps you engaged in the story to the very end. I just love all the characters in this story. I have read several other stories with Madeline and Ciaran and I just love them more each time. Strong, independent and fierce. You will see references in this book from the other stories. You do not need to read those stories, but you will want to because it makes it just so much more. I received this book for free and voluntarily reviewed.
