I love the way the author speaks to me. I felt like we were having an easy conversation over a cuppa. I like the relaxed writing style and a brief summary of points at the end of each chapter. This is one area I determined I was lacking, probably worse than I let myself realize. I'd get nervous and anxious in front of large groups at work, around upper management, and around women I was attracted to. It all ties together and boils down to social anxiety. Being in a leadership role these are things I must face on a daily basis so I picked up this book to help understand and overcome or cope with these feelings. The book is very comprehensive and presents things in a valuable way. It also provides steps and actions you can start using immediately to transform your fear into passion and use it to drive you forward with confidence. This book and the principles in it have already helped me tremendously, just make sure you are taking action, you can't improve in this area without exposure & practice, the more the better!!
