Not only must Kei deal with school, his friends, and the fact that he's married to his alien school teacher (Mizuho), but now his wife's kid sister has come to Earth to cause trouble for the happy couple. Can Kei and Mizuho find true happiness with this "out of the world" menace around?
As someone who loved the anime series, I had the feeling I would love the manga series as well. And, of course, I did. The manga takes a slightly different approach, and I feel like it is more emotional. So many things happen in the span of only 2 volumes, meanwhile the story does begin and end the exact same way....with Mizuho's arrival. The two do truly love one another, and they discover this via the obstacles that their relationship is forced to go through. In the end, they are happy.
It just goes to show that you never forget your soulmate....no matter what happens.
More like a 4.5 stars volume. Such a rollecoaster of emotions tho. After finishing the first volume, I did not expect so many heartfelt moments in this one. It caught me off guard. It might not have the best art style, but the story makes it up for it.
