So our story concludes...
Leslie wasn't hit by the van but knocked out of the way and is OK.
Kane gets Evan situated and settled in.
Leslie's been getting sick...
Kane proposes to her on a willow tree farm...she says yes.
Molli and David start wedding prep and dress shopping...and Leslie really starts feeling horrible pains in a toy shop and faints/falls and starts hemorrhaging and is rushed to the hospital where we find out she had an ectopic pregnancy and lost the baby.
Both are devastated at the loss of their child, and both realized they want children.
Several weeks pass, Leslie is healed and they get busy again...
Then we're at the wedding ceremony...at the willow tree farm...their vows are beautiful and its plain as day these two love each other and are complete in each other.
Then we're back in the hospital because Leslie is having the same symptoms she was having before that lead to the miscarriage, and low and behold, they're pregnant again and it seems to be normal this time.
The end.

IF you put the entire series into ONE book — rather than 5 separate books — then this overall story is ok…. I hate this “trend” of one story spread over numerous books… especially when it’s only one storyline and really only one set of characters. Also, the ending (the final book) fell flat for me. The rest of the series had more interest than this final book. Yes it had angst, but it just fell flat.
The biggest problem for me though was that I listened to this “series” on audible…. This audio drove me insane!! I tried different speeds and it did not help! There needs to be a difference in scenes — heck at least take a breath — there needs to be a difference in voices vs thoughts — there needs to be a difference in characters — which definitely can be done by a single narrator. I really hate to be critical of someone doing their job, but this just ruined this series for me and it was PAINFUL for me to get through!

It took a couple of chapters for me to get into this story, but once I was in that was it. I couldn't put the book down until I had read every single word that has been written.
There are surprises through out the story, some you may see coming while others you won't. Some surprises are large, while the others are small. But each and everyone holds equal importance, with regards to making the book the fantastic read that it is.
Each and every single emotion that the characters go through can be felt, I actually went through the emotions along with the characters, there were times that I wanted to smack the main male and female characters. But they both redeemed themselves. I did cry a couple of times while reading this story.
This book is also available on audible.
