Really great text to use in an "Introduction to Teaching/Education" course. Definitions and examples are included in every chapter to make the knowledge much easier to access for young undergraduates. Chapter 7 (Classroom Teaching in a Digital World) and Chapter 8 (Global Classroom) are obviously outdated due to CoVid-19 but I would probably have students skip Chapter 7 anyways since they'll take the Instructional Technology course and that information is covered more in-depth.
