The dangers that organizations and people confront in the online environment are covered in Sai Huda's book Next Level Cybersecurity: Detect the Signals, Stop the Hack. Huda identifies the security gaps that companies have that hackers can exploit. The authoritative book ought to be mandatory reading for small- and medium-sized business executives. The book begins with an overview of cyber risk management and statistics on actual data breaches. The principles of risk measurement, strategic and tactical planning, and cybersecurity are covered in the book. The benefits and use of a cyber risk assessment are then briefly discussed. The specific stages involved in preventive and readiness are described in depth, with bulleted lists for emphasis.

If you're thinking about a career in cyber security, this book is full of thorough information on various subjects. The topic is introduced in a very interesting historical context. It is written with leadership in organizations as its target audience. Particularly, it is a useful look and perspective given to CEOs, COOs, CISOs, or other persons or departments tasked with protecting the company's customers' critical data.

Next Level Cybersecurity: Detect the signals, Stop the Hack is based on the fact that cybercriminals are continually stealing client data. Data on customers is illegally obtained with the intent to disrupt business operations or just to steal information for sinister uses. The concept is well-developed, and it offers upper management a choice that might turn out to be the crucial element in preventing and responding to cyberattacks. It is an innovative and interesting piece of literature that adds another layer of defense against damaging cyberattacks.

This book covers issues, warning signs and solutions to a common problem today: Cybersecurity hackers. Sai Huda is a globally recognized Risk and Cybersecurity expert who has combined her knowledge into this book. Even the layman using computers, such as myself are at risk from hackers every day. We have heard of DDOS attacks on major companies and breaches where millions of data was stolen. Well in this book, you can find out the most common signals that precede or accompany cyber-attacks. Weak spots in the internet and how to prevent damage are also topics covered in the book.
While the topic is certainly important and relevant in todays inter-connected world, I think that the book dealt more with how individual firms identified, combated, and thwarted a cybersecurity attack. There was good information herein, it was just not efficiently presented. This can still provide important information to those that are curious and starting to research this topic.

A book for cyber-lovers

“Next Level Cybersecurity: Detect the Signals, Stop the Hack” by Sai Huda is a book that is meant to be read by those in the field. It is not for naive or first timers like me, because it contains specific and detailed information that is necessary to prevent a Hack.

Though I am not that knowledgeable in this topic, I got the impression that this reader is complete and it reveals important secrets that can actually change the Cyber world. This reader is organised in a way that makes the content not feel heavy. I passed the pages without noticing and for this simple way of imparting knowledge I gave the author four stars.

If you run a company of any size, or work as a system administrator, this is a great book. It is concise, precise, accurate, and packed with helpful information and tools to help identify security problems and stop attacks before they happen.

It is from a corporate perspective and less of a technical perspective making it a great read for those who maybe aren’t technically minded but need to know about cyberattacks and how they are carried out (from a high-level perspective and not from a nuts and bolts perspective—this is not a how-to hack book). Great read!

It’s not a terrible book, but it’s a tough read. The ad nauseum use of “Crown Jewels” and “most probably” was unsettling. There are some grammatical errors that make certain points tough to discern in places where the author is trying to teach something he deems important, which is frustrating.

I took away some new knowledge, but did not really enjoy the process of obtaining it.

A must read book for managers and business owners

I enjoyed reading this book from Sai Huda. This is not a full techie book, so is totally oriented on managers, business owners and, in general, people concerning about cybersecurity from a proactive perspective.

Basically an advertisement for his product...

Did not really learn anything, the book was basically an advertisement for a product or to get customers for his company.
