If you have ever experienced neck pain and back strain, it’s probably because of the reasons that are outlined in this ebook.

This book is all about a problem that is common with many people – especially since so many of us spend several hours per day staring at a computer or looking at our phones. The program will explain to you how incorrect posture can damage your spine, cause an ugly “hump” on your upper back and affect your overall health.

How Forward Head Posture Fix Works?

The Forward Head Posture Fix manual first explains how you can self-assess how good your head posture is currently. This will give you a starting point to measure your progress.

You will do a sequence of movements, static stretches, a breathing exercise and self massage for about 10 minutes each day. The movements are simple and you can learn how to do them from the instructional videos you get. That's pretty much it – just 10 minutes a day. Even if you only use it a few days a week you will still see a benefit.

But you have to do the exercises in order, and you should do them all together. Rick Kaselj says the sequence is the key to the program working properly. Doing a few stretches and movements randomly won't have nearly the effect.

The Benefits You’ll Get From Forward Head Posture Fix Program

Fewer aches and pains in your neck, shoulders and upper back.
Improved energy and less fatigue.
Better sleep.
Avoiding damage to your ligaments, blood vessels, nerves and joints.
Relief from arthritis.
Better athletic performance.
Reduced snoring and sleep apnea.
Avoiding early spinal degeneration.

I suffered with neck pain and bad posture since junior high school. As an adult, I stand all day at a computer and look down most of my 12 hour shifts in addition to being on the phone quite a bit which doesn't help my neck. I tried yoga, but that only provided partial relief and it took 45min to an hour. On day I decided to look for something specific to my problem. This was a God send. I could feel a difference after the very first time I did the exercises! I’m very happy with this product! I highly recommend it! I had immediate relief. Once I watched the tutorial several times, I was able to do the follow along portion of the video which only took about 20 min. I sometimes just do a few of the movements in my car or at work as I need to. I am so grateful for the relief that Ive experienced. I sleep better, my brain fog has improved, I don't grind my teeth at night anymore, I feel better, and I have less tension. This is worth every penny.

This program features exercises that at the end of the day will help to align normally the position of a person’s spine and head — restoring the shoulder girdle and neck to its appropriate position. This is an ideal course for those — whether man or woman, that wants to fix their posture problems. When these neck muscles are strengthened, a person’s head will be able to wholly sit on their neck sit. This also implies their spine falling into place and being able to take in more air through the lungs.

It really works. I went from having constant neck tension and ugly text neck, to having good head and shoulder posture, in about 3 weeks.

As someone who's been battling this issue for years, I can confidently say that this book has made a remarkable difference in my life.

From the moment I opened the book, I was captivated by its user-friendly approach. The authors convey complex anatomical information in a way that's easy to grasp, making it accessible to anyone, regardless of their prior knowledge of the human body. This was a huge relief for me, as I'm not a medical expert by any means.

The step-by-step program outlined in "Forward Head Posture Fix" is not just a quick fix but a comprehensive solution. It covers not only exercises but also lifestyle adjustments and ergonomic tips that are essential for long-term relief. The exercises are simple, effective, and can be done at home with minimal equipment. I appreciated that I didn't need to invest in expensive gym memberships or equipment.

What truly stood out to me was the focus on the underlying causes of forward head posture. It's not just about alleviating symptoms; it's about addressing the root issues. The authors provide a deeper understanding of how daily habits and modern lifestyles contribute to this problem, which empowered me to make meaningful changes in my daily routine.

The progression of the program is well-structured, gradually building up your strength and flexibility. I could feel the improvements in my posture and a significant reduction in neck and shoulder pain within a few weeks. It's a testament to the program's effectiveness.

The bonus materials and video demonstrations were a fantastic addition, making it even easier to follow the exercises correctly. The authors genuinely care about their readers' success, and it shows in the level of support and resources they offer.

I found the book's detailed breakdown of forward head posture and its consequences incredibly informative. The illustrations and explanations helped me understand the intricacies of the issue and underscored the importance of corrective actions.

The prescribed exercises were indeed beneficial, fostering an awareness of my posture and initiating corrective movements. Strengthening specific muscle groups and working towards better alignment was a notable positive. The step-by-step plan offered structure, guiding me through the process of addressing my forward head posture.

However, the abundance of information and exercises presented posed a challenge for me. I felt inundated at times, making it somewhat difficult to maintain consistency with the recommended routines. I found myself yearning for a more streamlined approach, honing in on key exercises for a more manageable routine.

The timeline for visible results may differ among individuals, and my progress was more gradual than anticipated. It's important for readers to approach the book with realistic expectations about the time it takes to witness tangible changes.

While the book primarily focuses on exercises, the nutritional advice, though valuable, felt somewhat secondary. Integrating dietary recommendations more seamlessly into the overall program could have enhanced the holistic nature of the approach.
