Fabulous.
I loved this book from the first page to the last. This is Bijou at her very best.
Colton was an absolute delight. His confidence and sunny disposition made this an absolute pleasure to read.
Colton first catches sight of Stella when she’s smashing a motorcycle with a baseball bat outside Whiskey Kirks. He knows instantly she’s special. Stella however has not had an easy life, she was abandoned by her mother at 3 years old. She was passed from home to home until she aged out. Now along with her friend Rae and her daughter Kodi she struggles to survive.
Colt seems too good to be true but she’s determined to make the most of it before he dumps her.
Like I said fabulous.

So Colton's story... lets be honest it had to be amazing. We've scene him since he was little, met his parents, watched them fall in love, saw his grandparents amazing love story and then watched his sisters one by one fall for their perfect match. After saying all that Colton's book was the book I couldn't wait for. He's hilarious in his love and vision of his mother, funny with his father and family and everyone around him. But Colt is much more, groomed to lead Colt Is waiting for what he has known will always be his unfortunately Colt also has a father nowhere near ready to let his MC go.
At Whiskey Kirks one day Colt see's a beautiful woman beat the crap out a brothers motorcycle, Normally this should be something Colt has a problem with but the woman instantly fascinated him and the bike is Rod's who Colton doesn't much care for. When Colton helps the girl who finds herself at the end of a long line of angry bikers Colt finds out what is really going on, Now not only is he wanting to learn more and more about this beautiful Stella but he also wants to protect her and care for her.
Stella hasn't had a good life, honestly Stella has has a horrible life but moving is what she is convinced will turn her life and her best friends Rae as well as Rae's daughter Kori's life around, Now they find themselves in a worse spot than before till Colton and all his cocky glory comes and saves the day. Colt is like no man Stella has ever met but Men have taught Stella one thing and that is they will leave. Colt isn't normal or like most men growing up spoiled by his mom and pop once Colton finds what he wants there's no talking him out of it.
Helping Stella, Colt has every plan to keep her and make her happy, but the more they get to know each other the more Colt see's how damaged Stella has been by everyone in her life and Colt decides his job is to heal her and make her his wife. Falling in love is never easy but Stella and Colt also have problems and people out for revenge. This too is something Colt knows will be dealt with not only because of who he is but who his parents are, all Colt see's and cares about is the love of his life he's finally found.
Wow this book is nothing short of phenomenal. I love Farrah and Copper of course thats a given, but this books another level. We get all the amazing characters we had in this series and of course Copper and Farrah and then we also get more Jodi(Coppers mom) and by extension the wonderful memory of the patriarch of this family Kirk who did all he could to make a better life for the family he loved so dearly. The chemistry in this book is off the charts. I was blown away. I laughed(of course its a Bijou Hunter book) I teared up and I never wanted to put this book down.
The love story between Colton and Stella was the perfect ending to this series and after all Stella had endured it's just what she deserved. Colt is so hilarious he's spoiled in all the best ways and loves those around him completely. Stella has had more than her share of bumps and bruises but she so loyal and strong. Rae is her only friend in the world and she does everything she can to protect Rae and Kori, and their relationship(Stella, Rae, and Kori) is something special. Not only is Colt and Stella's love story beautiful the story all on it's own in this book is something that sets this book apart. I've said it before the more I read the more I need not just romance but a story that gets ahold of me and this one did that times ten.
Literally from beginning to end I was hooked on this book, The villains were horrible but in Bijou fashion their "end" left me happy, Colt and Stella are the perfect end this this series that I don't want to let go. As much as I have been waiting for Colt's book it's sad to say goodbye to all these characters that I grown to care about. Bijou Hunter has done a spectacular job making all of them real and not just words on a page but people I wish I knew and have grown to care about. But having said that I can't wait to see what comes next.

Colton Johansson can have any woman he wants and he has the majority of them in town. When he sees Stella though smashing up a brothers bike with a bat though he knows she is it for him. She is intrigued by Colton but men in general throw her away once they get to know her, Colton though has no plan of letting Stella go and when trouble surrounds her he is there to keep her safe.
I was anxious to see how Colton's story would unfold and was thrilled by his story. Loved Stella, she is fierce and timid at once, she was a wonderful character who you want to read more about. Wonderful read, love this series.

Promise Me Heaven has all things that I enjoy about a Bijou Hunter read. Low angst, likeable and fun characters, no relationship drama, hero who always knows what he wants and instant love. Highly recommend if you enjoyed the other books in the series.

I must say one of my favorite books by Bijou Hunter in a long time. Don't get me wrong, when a book is released by this author I always read them and I always enjoy them, but I felt like the connection between the characters was starting to get lost. This book was good, really good. The characters have an awesome connection and the story is perfectly paced. I will be reading this book again for sure.

Once again this author did not disappoint! I loved this novel! I loved that Colton found his One. This novel grabbed me from the very first page and did not let go. I honestly loved this series. I loved catching up with characters from previous novels. I love love the banter and the dialogue. There were laugh out loud moments for me. Honestly I love a novel that can make you laugh out loud and tear your heart out and ultimately leave me with a smile on my face and feeling happy about life. This novel did this for me. I loved it and I was sad this might be the last novel about this family. I loved it!

Colton's sisters portrayed him as a manwhore douchenugget in the last 3 books about the Johansson family, but I'm so glad that Promise Me Heaven doesn't dwell on that and he's written as a soft, lovestruck, kind-hearted boy.
I mean, man.
These Bijou Hunter books get better and better not only because of the instalove, but also because how wonderful the family dynamics are. I like that it's reiterated over and over that Farah and Cooper are the unicorn of great parents and great couples. I like all the hints dropped about Cap's giant-ness. I like the small towns that get name dropped because it brings back warm fuzzy memories of reading about White Horse and Angus' family.
I love MJ's yurt. I love MJ. I love Thisbe!

Freaking Loved It
This book & series has to be one of my favorite series starting with Damaged & the Beast then everything that has come from there has been awesome & I hope it keeps going, with this one Colt .. 45 love that he's taught the kids to tell that when he enters any room that they are in , falls for Stella, for me I loved that it felt very much like Cooper & Farrah tale & fitting as Colt wants to be like his Dad... As has, & I just love all the Crazy that goes on with Everyone.. Laugh , Cry it's all in here every time with every book this fab author writes , loved it .

Bijou Hunter is one of my very favorite authors and this newest one doesn’t disappoint. In fact, I loved every minute of it. Colton is a classic Bijou hero - arrogant, handsome, hilarious and completely bowled over by his feelings for Stella. A reformed ladies man- one of my favs! Stella is a sad creature, but develops into something deeper - a survivor. She so deserves all the delishness and devotion that Colton serves. This is truly a love letter to the Ellsberg Johanssons’ and I loved visiting all my old favorites. it’s not necessary but I definitely recommend reading the Damaged series too. It’s epic, funny and I didn’t want it to end. So much 5 stars.

I have really enjoyed all the stories starting with Cooper right on through to Colt and Stella. I could not out this book down 😀 I hope we get stories for Vaughn and Raven's children.

I laughed, I cried, I giggled, I sighed. What a great ending to an incredible story. This book brings us back around to what made me love the Reapers in the first place. Their loyalty, their alpha goodness and their love of family. I will be sad to say goodbye to my friends. Thank you Bijou Hunter you are a true master of the written word!

Yay! We finally get Colton's story, and, boy oh boy, was it ever worth the wait! I discovered Bijou Hunter a couple of years ago, and she quickly became one of my most favorite authors! I will admit that I love anything MC related, but what is great about this author is the fact that she puts her special twist on her characters. Yes, she brings the drama as well as the heat, but she also brings the humor, and I love that!
Colton is known around Ellsberg as a lady's man, but, secretly, he longs to find a relationship like each of his sisters have. He begins to doubt that will ever happen until the day he encounters a little spitfire named Stella weilding a baseball bat. He falls fast and hard for the quirky woman and her little family, and he is determined to give her the good life that she deserves. I received a copy of this story from the author for a honest review
Promise Me Heaven is the fourth and last book involving the Johansson siblings, this is Colton's book. I have to say that I did wonder if I would like Colt, not because he wasn't a lot of fun in the previous books but for some reason I was worried. I should have trusted Bijou more, I fell in love with Colt not only as a character but as wonderfully sweet guy that treats Stella like the sweetheart she is. Stella has moved to Ellsberg with her friend Rae and Rae's daughter Kori, who I love. Now these three are barely scraping by, when one the club brothers stole from and abused Rae, well Stella will have none of this and basically bashes his bike out rage. This is where Colt enters into the picture and Stella realizes, that maybe this wasn't her smartest move. Stella has never felt loved and she is a hot, insecure, mess but she has such a big heart that I was so happy Colt came into her life. I also love how all the Johansson clan rallies around Stella, Rae and Kori. Once again this book is filled with so many wonderful character's that I am sad to leave Ellsberg, this is definitely a feel good book that I never wanted to end. I wonder who is next? Please tell tell me Rae is getting her own story.

I absolutely adore the Johansson children's love stories. Now Farah and Cooper's kids are happily settled I will miss them all.
This spin off from the damaged series focusing on the now adult Johansson kids has been a joy to read. I loved the glimpses of how great Farah and Cooper's family turned out. Funny, original, confident people who understand their place in the world.
This final book follows Colton's love story. A little aimless and searching for his purpose, he wants to step out of Cooper's shadow and establish his own identity. Added to this is the realisation that he wants a life partner and a life changing love. He finds it in the shape of Stella. A young woman, new to Ellsberg finds herself in a sticky situation that Colton rescues her from.
Stella has has a rough start and fears rejection above all else. It's up to Colton to convince her he sees a future with her.
I loved this couple, they move from silly to serious in a heartbeat and always felt authentic. I'm so happy they found each other. 💕😍

SWOON. Bijou Hunter has done it again!
I knew Colton Johansson’s story would be epic but I had no idea he would be such a sweetie-pie. I was expecting Colton to be a bit cocky. But he was so lovely with Stella. Oh my. So sweet and understanding and over-the-top possessive.
And what to say about Stella? Such a perfect match for Colton. She had such a crappy start to life, but found love and happiness and family with Colton. He made her stronger and she made him understand what it is that his parents have had all these years.
I so loved this book. No one writes relationships quite the way Bijou Hunter does and I’ve loved pretty much every one of them. More than a few times each.
It was a fantastic ending to the Ellsberg Chapter.
Now on to Conroe. Or Shasta. Or Pema. I’m so excited for all of them.

The quirky new characters are a great addition to the ever growing MC reapers family. Stella is damaged but has help with the crew to put it all behind her.

I love all of Bijou books, Colton is the privileged son of the president of Reapers MC club. He finds the love of life with Stella. She has been in foster homes and has a learning disability. She has been friends with Rea and her daughter, since foster care system. Rea was raped by her foster dad and had her daughter. They create a family that Colton embrace and supports Stella. Colton finally realize that his father is not ready to retire. He moves to a different town to take over the presidency of a MC club.
They decided to move their sexual relationship to a more permanent situation. I enjoyed the ending of this novel.

This author is sooo good at walking a fine line between humor and violent MC life. Stella's inner monologue was so sad and I really felt for her. Colt "45" was the perfect match - embracing her "family", accepting her abandonment issues and methodically earns her complete trust while Stella supports his decisions and loves him unconditionally. The kids in this one were adorable, super funny, and Kori could kick any of these bikers asses if she wanted. Loved thier HEA. And lastly, any time I get another glimpse of MJ (and adorable Thisbe) I am super happy!

This was a little different, but good in the way Hunter's stories are. I love the family bond they all have. They love each other unconditionally.

Another Amazing Bijou Read
I absolutely love all Bijou Hunters book! They are the perfect mix between dysfunctional family that works perfectly, insta love, criminal, MC and comedy! And I really love how each book ties in with the rest! I am always awaiting the next installment! Ms Hunter is one of my ALL TIME favorite others if not the #1! I strongly advise you start at the beginning, but I feel like each can be read alone...

Colt is my favorite!!!!
This book was my favorite Bijou book ever! Colt was everything that Stella needed. He took one look at her and fell in love. And who could blame him. There is nothing sexier than a women beating a motorcycle cycle with a bat like she has lost her mind!!! She of course had very good reason. You will have to read to find out why! This author has become one of my favorites I always know I am getting a great read when I dive in to one of her books! Onto Conroe and Butch for me!

I Love This Series!
I love revisiting this family and no one can make me laugh like Bijou can. This family is full of characters that truly love each other in a way that makes you wish you were a part of their clan. I love the fact that the women in this series are so strong even during their vulnerable times. This book is full of love, action, angst, and great story telling. I can't wait for Ms. Hunter to write the next one.

I find myself unable to stop myself from reading the next book and the next and the one after. The combination of humor with heart felt emotion is addictive and this one is no exception, Colts love for Stella is a beautiful thing to watch unfurl. She’s a fragile broken bird with a huge heart and he’s a big slightly spoiled alpha with a need to heal his ladies heart. What could be sweeter?

Every book this Author writes I read.. This book is funny, and kinda sad..Sad because of the way Stella was raised but then she meets Colt 45. He is so confident, and immediately taken with Stella. I loved the book!

5 stars for Colt45 and Stella. What a great book for the ending of th I fabulous series. I didn't want it to end. I can't get enough of this author. Snarky made me laugh. Made Colts love for himself enjoyable.

Heir and Unwanted
I'm so sad that this collections of family stories is over. I love this riding sarcastic and funny family. Seeing Colt finally have a story was worth finding out what would happen. And my obsession all came to this from reading Junkyard Dog.
