Not bad advice.

Exercise descriptions were incomplete. A little light on the why of workout design. This is a quick read and if you want a place to start and this does it then it’s done its job.

Good but basic

Its right in the title - for beginners. This is a very basic starting program for someone that hasn't really exercised before. Its decent, but could be longer. This is a short read so can be useful as a reference to a very, very basic routine.

Waste of money

Language is poor, as if the writer is not a fluent English speaker, making it uncomfortable to read. When describing how to do the exercises, it only gives a couple of instructions, the rest of them are just listed. Presumably go elsewhere to find instructions on how to do them. Very poor book.
