Maks and Leslie's story was a memorable slow burn! Although Maks' words hurt Leslie badly I'm so glad his reason for them was revealed.

Enjoyable Read
Another very good story from T.C. Clark. I enjoy stories that build communities beyond the Hero and Heroine. TC has shown they are adept at writing thoughtful, entertaining, and engaging stories. I appreciate T.C. Clark's tight, clean, and thoroughly capitivating writing style. Keep them coming. Note: Typos pulled me from the story a few times.

Ummmm
I’m disappointed in this installment. It had none of the things that hooked me to this series. It was boring and seemed rushed. I’m hoping the next one about “The Librarian and The Sandman” is much better.

Short but great
After Lesley almost dies in his arms, he realizes that life is short and he decides to follow his dreams and get the woman of his heart. But first he has to find out why she runs from him. Alex and Tara turn matchmakers and strands Lesley with Maks at his remote cabin in Colorado, giving them a chance to resolve their differences and fall in love. Lesley fights hard but Maks wins her heart.
There are consequences to their cabin romance that send Lesley running for the hills and guarding her heart again. Maks sees this as a sign that they are meant to be and convinces her that they can work. Lesley decides their love is worth taking the chance.
I couldn't wait to read Maks' and Lesley's story. I knew it would be fantastic due to the sexual tension and T. C. Clark did not disappoint. Loved it.

Love always gives us chances!
Maks and Leslie had some unsettling history during a time when Maks was hurting and on a destructive path. At the behest of her boss Maks' brother she went to Italy to retrieve him and bring him home. In his drug and alcohol induced stupor Maks said some hateful and hurtful things to Leslie that made her distance herself from him. When Maks finally admitted his attraction to Leslie, she still reeling from the degrading way he had spoken to her those many years ago refused to give in to her feelings for him nor would she tell him why. Maks had no recollection of what he had said to Leslie nor how he had hurt her until his brother Nikos told him and then he confessed to Leslie what was happening to him during that period in his life and apologized then went about showing her how he felt about her. Thankfully they were able to get it together in anticipation of their impending addition to their family. I liked this story.

Well I'll Be! 😌
This novella is scrumptious. Clark weaved a wonderful tale of two really cool somewhat lost souls coming together at just the right time. Everything happened when & how it should have with a little help from friends & family. Maks' pain is palpable and I felt that Leslie over-reacted after that initial meeting. She knew he wasn't in his right mind and used anger & pride to hurt him. It was misplaced and unnecessary. Regardless this is one sweet relatable gem. Well Done!👍

Time and truth
Another brother finds his heart right in front of him. Maks the artist of the brothers didn't remember how he first met Leslie Alex's assistant. When the truth comes out eyes and hearts are opened again.
I love that prayer and faith are part of this couples union. Love, true love that connects every part of you is what each of these men have found. I love the friendships and extended families that have come out of all of these unions. I love the part that really brings Leslie nd Maks together. Love this series and I usually stay away from them. I am hooked.

Well worth the wait!
I truly enjoyed his installment of the Wallflower Series! Maks & Leslie were a wonderful couple that I enjoyed getting to know. I loved that brother Nikos remains a constant source of strength and wisdom for his brothers along with Ada by his side! I also like the support system that the brothers and their significant others create. Can’t wait for foe the next one!

Best medicine for a hopeless romantic
After reading all 6 books in the series, I had to express my gratitude to T. C. Clark for bringing such joy, sadness, and true love to life in her entire Wallflower Series. I was hooked after the first book and could not rest until I finished them all. I have already pre-ordered Aidan's story and am anxiously waiting to read it. I encourage her to give us Terrence's, Nisha's, and Ben's love story.

Nice read
Liked finally meeting Maks and getting to know him. Loved that he was alpha without all the yelling and posturing (sorry Nikos..haha). But Maks pulls you into his world and you feel his pain. Leslie had issues but I liked that they all weren't resolved at the end of the book. She could admit her issues stemmed from other areas of her life. But it was ongoing. There was no cure all on the last page of the book. Will continue to follow this author.

Enjoyable
OH WOW this is a delightful story! One which is definitely enjoyable. It's such a fantastic story that has awesome characters, with such great chemistry. This really is a exciting, thrilling, passionate romance! There is a part that will bring a sadness to your heart along with such a sweet romantic element, but the one thing I wanted more of is the ending. Although the time spent on building up their relationship is such a delight but the ending needed more.

Learning from the past
This story is great. Happy that Leslie and Maks had history that they had to overcome. Leslie is a tough woman but is putty when it comes to Maks. Maks is easy going but he had to learn to accept and appreciate the past in order to save his future with Leslie. ❤️

Took some time
It took me some time to get into the book. But about a few chapters in, I got hooked and didn't stop until the end. My favorite part was the flu moment. My least favorite was the explanation for why she did not like him. But it is still a good read with a natural course of love. No melodrama thank you. Just a realistic unfolding of two people falling in love.

Simply beautiful!
Make ad Leslie were two souls destined for each other but needed to navigate through the baggage of their pasts. When you revealed what drove Maks to break it broke my heart. But the end made me cry happy. Love , love ,love your characters and more importantly love how you create your stories. Please keep writing 😍

another happy and sad
should I say sad and happy. their relationship started off unconventional. which was an extreme turn-off but after figuring out and maneuvering through life, they realized that they both wanted the crazy, mixed up kinda love and life. with each other. they were going to make it work.

Rushed
Why did it not start off with her being shot? Why could it not use more of that story and how he was there for her? This book made me so mad. I love all your book so far but this one. I thought it was going to be more adventurous.

Good Read!
I'm Glad Maks and Leslie got their happily ever after.I wished the book would have showed there wedding and of them having the baby but hopefully we will know all of the outcomes in the last installment of this series with Aiden book.I would recommend this book

Loved it!
As with the rest of the Stravanos brothers, I enjoyed Leslie and Jake's story. Again, you bring out the vulnerability of men without making them appear weak and the strength of women.

Simply Romantic!
I loved the characters attraction to each other. Their determination to push through misunderstandings and miscommunication to realize that they were destined to be together. It was simply a beautiful well written story filled with tenderness and passion.
